Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] (“***”) We have reviewed our files and our records show that ***’s information was used to sign up for our My Perfect Resume portal in February 14, To create an account on our website, [redacted] had to agree to our Terms of Use (“ToU”) As stated in our ToU agreed upon by all of our clients, after the 14-day trial, a monthly charge of $is added to the account (if the subscription has not been cancelled) They are also not refundable However, we value our customers here at Bold and want to do all that we can to resolve any issues they may have As such, on December 21, 22, and 30, four (4) refunds were processed for $each In addition, three more were processed today for $ Furthermore, the account associated to this complaint was cancelled on December 22, In sum, $was refunded ***’s account Please allow 3-days for today’s refunds to appear in the credit card’s financial statement We trust this resolves this issue

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/21) */ Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] signed up for our Resume Builder services on May 18, The copy online clearly provided [redacted] with a choice of full access for days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long [redacted] chose to accept our offer for day full access, which automatically renews monthlyOn the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day''In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on June 2, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly chargeFinally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming ***'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on June 2, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on June 2, ***'s card was charged $for the applicable month of serviceThe product created, a resume, was credited under her name Although our monthly charges are not refundable, LiveCareer was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and provide him a refund of monthly charges totaling $Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $as of August 11, We trust this addresses any concerns you may have
