Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/05/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
At this point, I cannot confirm that the partial refund has been applied to my credit card account, however the A+ rating still appears on Revdex.com's evaluation of this companyAs a middle ground offer, I would settle for a full refund if this company's grade is not reduced to a more accurate level lower than an A-minus rating

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/08/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
With the hundreds of similar complaints Revdex.com has received, and the thousands of complaints made on other websites, could you really consider them to have clear and straightforward relations with their customers? Could their a sophism really be considered legitimate, honest, ethical, and straightforward business practice?
The fact is, their service didn't work, and their methods are unclear enough to deceive thousands of dissatisfied customers
When I was friendly and civil with them, on the phone, they were condescending and pushyWhen I threatened to report them to a credit bureau and legal enforcement, they folded immediatelyAnother indication that this is not a legitimate business with legitimate practicesThey are quite confident that what they are doing is legal and ethical until you request in be tested by legal measuresEven if it is legal, it is clearly in bad faith
Lastly, their free software works, but the software behind the paywall is brokenThe service they charge for does not work, thus, apparently, their entire income flow is based on deceiving customersIn spite of all their rhetoric, could this be considered a legitimate business, when they are not providing the service they charge for? And only making money through deceptive presentation and snake-like prevarication?
This business continues to base its revenue on deception, and fails to provide a serviceI cannot and will accept any response from a criminal and unethical organizationThese shameless people are more like mafiosos than legitimate businesspeople

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not recall the 'automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day' language on the initial purchaseIf I had seen that I (and countless others) would not have subscribedPersonally I do not think the language exists, or if it does it was recently added because of all of the complaintsAdditionally, they should send an email every time funds are taken from your accountIf this was the case I would have ended my relationship immediately

We do not accept this at all*** deactivated his account assuming that cancelled his subscriptionOnce an account is cancelled, you no longer have access to it so why would he want to continue with it and how can you be charged for an account that does not existAlso since he "cancelled" the account, he had NO access whatsoever to cancel the subscriptionHe cancelled his account within the day period and as records will show, he only used this service once, it was the SAME day that he signed up for itAlso, he did call and speak to a cust service rep over the phone who then said *** would get an email within 24-hoursHe NEVER got one, what kind of customer service is this???
