a choice of full access for days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long*** chose to accept our offer for day full access, which automatically renews monthlyOn the page where *** made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the day premium access ''automatically renews at $per month on the 15th day''In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on September 18, to our monthly service at $per month.'' This page also provides information on how *** could cancel before this monthly chargeFinally, *** was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming ***'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on September 18, to our recurring monthly service at $per month.'' Accordingly, on September 18, ***'s card was charged $for the applicable month of service
Although our monthly charges are not refundable, LiveCareer was willing to make an exception for *** and provide her a refund of monthly charges totaling $Our customer service team refunded *** the amount of $as of June 17,

Thank you for all your assistanceI had requested a resolution from them on month refunded and after Revdex.com contacted them, they did comply with my requested resolutionI am content to have the file closed but their response states that it was clear that I would be charged a monthly fee but I strongly believe that it was not clear on their web site that I was being committed to an overpriced serviceI am one of many complaints against this company for misleading information on their website and others around the world have been affected in the same way as II am pleased that with the Revdex.com assistance I was able to have my middle ground offer acceptedThank you, ***
