The investigation was completed and as it was already explained, Justfly does not have any connection with the business under the name of "justairtickets[redacted]". Justfly did not receive any request for the cancellation of record locator [redacted]) and never did Justfly request any ticket to be issued with the business under the name of "justairtickets[redacted]" in the first place. Justfly[redacted] does not send "e-documents for authorization", we offer a different buying process.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I did contact them right away. They did not pick up at all on the customer service line. I am aware they are shady and aren't refunding or making changes so I am not seeking that. I am just making a record so other people know ahead of time. They did pick up days later after I purchased another flight on united and asked them questions if I could use part of my round trip air fare. They probably recorded that. As far as I am concerned I hope others learn from my experience. Thanks.

Stephanie was not properly trained as she did not clarify the spelling of our last name. As soon as we The email with the flight plans indicated an incorrect last name we were informed they will look into it, only After numerous phone calls on my part the company indicated first of a fee of $90.00, second cancellation and rebooking .  The never acknowledge our phone calls, emails, to correct the error.  This error together with the company to resolve this issue Remains on the record.  In reviewing this company,s record of customer service, there is clear indication that this company deserves an "F".
