do charge a fee whenever a cancellation or modification is made to a booking. What we can offer as a gesture of good will, is if the Insurance is approved and a refund is offered to cancel the booking, we will not charge the modification fee to you. We will await the verdict of our partners at [redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Justfly gives you a so-called "credit" which if you try to use it, ends up costing more than if you made a flight without uing the credit. This "company" uses fraudulent and dishonest techniques to bait you into purchasing tickets through their site and either overcharges your card or places ridiculous restrictions on their use that you end up paying substantially more than the advertised price. Justfly needs to be shutdown by our federal regulators to protect unsuspecting consumers.Sincerely,Jeffrey [redacted]

 My online car rental reservation was incorrectly booked 100%.. It didn't collaborate with my flight arrival at all.  The car/ rental company [redacted])  you assigned me with, had absolutley zero compassion or concern.  They wouldn't make any attempt in helping me find a rental for my 8 day vacation.  As a result I had to pay for a car rental that had been incorrectly scheduled, unknowingly cancelled..  and there I was,  at a loss, in Miami, with 3 friends and 8 days of vacation-  without a car  reserved, and no one is even trying to help my situation.
  Based on the dozens of other complaints, it is a shame that you are still in business. Your cheap prices reflect on the cheap/ terrible customer service that is provided.  "you get what you pay for'....  "if its too good to be true, it probably is"...

At no time have I been contacted with a case number for British Airways for the shipping fund. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Once again, they're not truthful.  Why would I call within 24 hrs. to cancel a seat assignment?  Seat assignments are handled by the airline.  I called within the 24 hour time frame to cancel the flight for myself and sister-in-law.  Again, these agents are in another country and speak very broken English; apparently, they don't understand either.  Of their own admission, I called to CANCEL , but it wasn't for a seat assignment, it was to cancel the flight! It's obvious from their responses, that they're either confused or just outright lying.  They need to refund the money.

This ticket is unfortunately is non-refundable as are most of our tickets as stated in out Terms & Conditions. Again, I was lead to believe that travel insurance was active and I was under my insurance which I believed to be active because my [redacted] account showed it as active even the day of my flight.  I do not show a draft from
My bank as I was not certain of when the draft would show, it may show the day of transaction or it could show 45 days after purchase. As a consumer, how am I to know when your company drafts from it patron's accounts. The best way to account for my status is how your company reports our travel insurance status on our secure [redacted] site.. On my individual account you showed my insurance as active. As a consumer I am not aware of the day nor process for how you process insurance. I've had merchants draft payments after a service had occurred in the past. So not seeing a draft for the charge on my statement was not a concern. Your screen showing a YES for travel insurance and the statement referencing that my insurance is pending does not tell me that I DO NOT have travel insurance NOR does it tell me that the credit card used didn't process. Fair communication regarding the status of my travel insurance would have prevented me from believing that I was covered in the event of a tragedy(death in family). Also an accurate reflection of the status of my travel insurance leads me as the customer to believe that I am covered and can change my flight. I have consulted with a lawyer and was recommended that I file in small claims court as it is shown that travel insurance has NOT CANCELLED. Because of the miscommunication from your company on the active Travel insurance I am only asking for a portion or all of my flight to be reimbursed. I've lost my entire flight due to the communication that was posted by your company. Even your phone representative states that "he did not know why the insurance
Company shows that my travel insurance was active and in the green when it was not" on the day of my flight.  There was also no correspondence from the your company sharing that the card did not process which would give me the ability to provide updates card information to ensure that my intent to purchase Travel insurance was honored...
