Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not fully satisfactory to me, however time ,at this point, is of the essence and I will begrudgingly accept this offer. It should be known that I will still pursue other methods to seek a refund of taxes and fees due the fact I feel that their deceit on the website and within their company have definite regulatory concerns. 
I would like the initial flights to be cancelled and then the following flights to be scheduled immediately and confirmed that this has been done. April 19th American Airlines Flight 1757 out of Jacksonville leaving at 12:14 and has a layover specifically in Charlotte, NC and arrives in Dayton, Ohio at 4:07 PM. The return flight will be a Delta Airline flight 1521 leaving at 10:23 am from Dayton and has a layover in Atlanta and arrives back in Jacksonville FL at 2:40 PM. Please contact me directly if you should have any further questions.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with a representative on June 20th about their offer of switching flights from the original September 10th booking.  They offered for us to leave at approximately the same times on either the 9th or the 11th.  I advised that we could not accept that as we are meeting with family at those times and is impossible to vary from our original schedule.  From what I understood from the conversation with the justfly representative, they said they would then refund, in full, all the monies spent for these reservations along with their fee charge.

We have re-issued this passenger’s tickets with the name correction. Person still rejected our response.
 
In this case, what can we do as we have done our part on the claim reason requested. There would be nothing left to add to the file.

One of our Customer Care Representatives has been in contact with you concerning the booking.  We have refunded all we can from our end as an agency. As mentioned, the remainder would need to come from the airline which is out of our control.
Furthermore, we have now been notified that a charge back was initiated in your booking therefore, there can no longer be the option of any refund from the airline.

 Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: this is not a duplicate complaint- the first complaint was that our issue was not resolved at all after hours upon hours of waiting on hold for Jetfly agents to answer their customer service/support phone line.
The second complaint was that Jetfly did not respond in a timely manner to an urgent request for assistance to correct an involuntary change made by the airline to our return tickets which would have left us stranded in a foreign country. Jetfly did not resolve our return ticket issue until the day before our departure so we literally had to wait until the last minute without knowing if we would have return flights from the correct country or not. Also, Jetfly agents refused to use alternate methods like calling the airline directly, even though the airline instructed us that JustFly should call the airline, to resolve the issue despite the urgency and time sensitive nature of our situation. Rather, Jetfly agents mandated their process and policy of using only electronic communications that took a week to complete and increased our anxiety as we got closer and closer to our departure date. We spent over 10 hours calling Jetfly to beg for help on numerous occasions over the course of a week because they did not contact us back despite telling us they would. We sat on hold for 2.5 to 3 hours at a time, only to be told the same thing over and over by different agents none of which could fix the issue. We had to explain the details of the issue to different agents over and over again because they were not able to transfer us to the same agents we had spoken to about our issue.
Overall, it was an infuriating experience just trying to get Justfly agents on the phone and we experienced horrible customer service in the way we were spoken to and the fact that our urgent issue was not resolved in a timely manner.
