As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed the booking and there was no call that came in on April 3rd as you suggested. There was no attempt to cancel this booking with our agents.

ticket would apply such as the modification charges per passenger to initiate the cancellation and refund. Along with the airline penalties that also apply. The cancellation was not processed as we would need your authority to do so. 
You have the option of proceeding online or calling our customer service.

This transaction was a flight reservation that this company immediately canceled after making on October 12, 2016.
 
This company has failed to return the funds to me for the canceled reservation. It has now been almost a month since this reservation was made. The only solution they have...

offered me is to contact the airline, but the airline is not offering to help because this third-party comapny is the company responsible for losing these funds if they indeed failed to cancel the reservation properly. 
The amount of the associated refund should be in the amount of $577.52.
 
This company has a terrible reputation - on top of that - a couple weeks after booking this reservation with them, there were fraudulent charges on my credit card. This company is scamming money out of people.

move forward.  We had received emails from you but there were no  medical papers for your father. We had requested for you to send them directly to the email thread of our agents. We may also require a proof of relationship between your father and mother for Virgin Airline in case they ask for it, something like a marriage certificate would suffice. 
 
We had advised that once we receive the papers , we would take it to the airlines on your behalf for the refunds. This has been awhile ago with no response.

The void fee was already lowered as a gesture of goodwill from $75 to $45 per passenger at the time the void has been requested. We are unable to offer the refund you are requesting as it is part of the agency policy described as well in the terms&conditions that were agreed by the customer upon the purchase:
"For U.S. bookings, even if your ticket is nonrefundable:Within 24 hours of purchase, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, subject to our cancellation fees."
