have offered to refund our modification fees however as a gesture as well as the seat assignment fee. Our agent has advised you that is you wish to no use the ticket, you need to cancel before the departure date booked and you will get a Future Travel Credit for the amount of $367.15 with rebooking fee of $200, valid until September 05th, 2017 for the same route, same passenger and airline.

If you wish to refund the ECP, then the cancellation fees of 75.00$ per person will apply to this booking.  Upon explanation of these details from our agent, you accepted to keep the booking as it was with the sole charge of 19.99$.

they are giving me partially refund with deduction of 330$ as penalty for cancellation charges. 
I did responded to customer care email that I am not fully satisfied and need full refund as it was not me to ask to cancel. they did not provided me ticket and asked me to confirm for cancellation which I confirmed.
 
they mentioned they have processed the refund which will take 30 to 60 days to reflect in my account which I am waiting for and will respond to Revdex.com/Customer care accordingly.
I request to help me with full refund.
