As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your booking and have it for a Future Travel. The Policy you had purchased had clear indications on what it was covering at the time of booking. 
That being said, we have gone ahead...

and refunded the amount of the cancellation policy as well as the modification fee for your ticket as a gesture of good will.  This amount will be back on your card by next week. 
We are not able to offer you a further refund. All further details on your credits are in the email that was sent.

Answering to your email.
 
  First of all when you see on your website the promotion of a ticket that you have to  buy, which you have sometimes  seconds to purchase it, there is a big letter phrase which shows," Free Cancelation", and doesn't specify any time frame for free cancelation, which should also be in big letters. Do you mean to tell me  there is time read all your policies.
 
  Second my husband thought the order didn't go through no email was received. We got one later.
 
   Third according to the bank  you charged the ticket at 4pm on Friday, 4 hs after, we found out it was charged on Monday no way to cancel.
 
 
The ticket says that you have to deduct 250 dollars if we return, it doesn't specify another fee amount , only a possibility of another charge, a  bit ambiguous . When I called on April 18  the agent told us,, that is was only 250 dollars , if you have recorded the conversation you can verify this.
 
I am sorry to say there is a Thin line between doing things the right, or pretending be honest. In your case I don't feel secure not happy with the company . I don't accept travel companies, that use  insinuating propaganda, as a catch to get customers. I have learned my lesson.Never again.
 
How funny I have a working colleague, that had a problem with your Company, where the price of a ticket she had purchased was not maintained,it increased.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I received an email from Just Fly on October 6th. Their response didn't change and they are still blaming Air Berlin. Again, they didn't mention anything about how poorly I was treated by their customer service agent. I attached the email, my response and screen shots in which my new reservation was confirmed. The screen shot from Air Berlin website clearly shows, that my old reservation got cancelled. Sincerely

I wish to have a refund of $136.60, the amount of the improper booking and they have said they will basically "allow" me to pay $200 dollars in addition to any price change to a correct flight. They were unwilling to refund and only give me a credit to use with their company which is not what I wanted. I will never use them again. The issue has gotten worse - not...

resolved.  [redacted] canceled my reservation all together with [redacted] Airlines without any communication (see attached).  I am including an attachment of my reservation with [redacted] as well as what [redacted] Airlines shows on their system.
 
Please note - I am not asking for my money back - I want the reservation as they sold me back in October. I have a hotel and tours schedule and paid for that are non-refundable and immunizations that are required for this trip.  I just want what the sold me in October. :-)
 
I look forward to hearing from you and appreciate any help you can provide.  This is very stressful as I am traveling with others.

confirming a booking is there to ensure all the passenger information entered is correct.Furthermore, according to our records, our support team was called by ROY/CYNTHIA ELIZABETH on 13NOV17 who expressed the concern about the names. The agents offered to fix the passenger type code in the booking since it is not a problem, the passenger declined the offer and insisted on a refund instead.We are unable to offer the refund you are requesting as we need to abide by the airline fare rules. There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.Best regards,Customer Care Team
