Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from just fly.com stating that this was not their problem and that I should handle it with the airline directly According to them the problem was that my last name was not correct and since I wanted it corrected and the airline would not allow my ticket was canceledI was told that the last name would be corrected with no issues then when they said they couldn't change it I stated that it would be ok I would go and get a corrected passport with correct nameThen they called me again and said it was fixed which I have a copy of fixed ticketThen I showed up at airport and my ticket was cancelled but no funds refunded to meThey said since ticket was cancelled I had to pay but ticket was cancelled on their end without my approval and I didn't find out till I showed up at airport to take flight.Sincerely,Sonia [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because this is another bizarre response from JustFly full of errors and inaccurate statements On April 24, (business day ago), I was told by JustFly that my Seat Assignment Fee will be reimbursed within 2-business daysSO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT COMPENSATIONSo, please go ahead and see why JustFly failed to comply with its own commitment with regards to compensating me back the Seat Assignment Fee within the timeline referenced in their own emailIt is also strange that you don’t notify properly the customer that you are going to charge Seat Assignment Fee, even when you are not able to assign those seats My question was that I have been charged TWICE for the SAME TICKETS (for [redacted] and son)Being charged two times for the same tickets, means that I was charged times for the ticket for [redacted] and I was charged times for the ticket for my sonSon, instead of paying around hundred USD for tickets, you ended up charging me around hundred USD for ticketsI hope I am clear in my statements, because you failed to address the request in your so called response After addressing the questions raised above, please make sure that I am charged USD for tickets, and not a cent more than that amount= $1,USD (price quoted in the final booking confirmation that I received from JustFly on April 4, Tuesday with the ticketed itinerary: see attached) - $(Seat Assignment Fee) Sincerely, [redacted]

The only offer I was extended by the company was to cancel my entire $4,international round-trip flight for adults and child for which a penalty still would have been appliedIt was so close to my departure date that they knew there was no way for me to rebook the itinerary in time to still arrive on the dates I needed to be there and for the hotels already booked The first flight, the middle and the last flight of the itinerary changed after I had purchased my tickets and no compensation was awarded for any of the changesWe were able to accommodate the changes to the first and middle but not the lastAs such, we had to rent a car and drive hours to get back home which was an added expense that should never have occurredI had made repeated calls to the business as well as reaching out directly to Korean Air and American AirlinesBoth airlines said that they would most definitely refund the money to customers in our situation and given the fact that the flight was cancelledHowever, they said since we booked through a third-party - they had the money and would have to issue the refund but that there should be no reason for them to hold our money and we shouldn't have any issues getting our refund In all the times I reached out to the company, they made no attempt to right their wrongAn all or nothing cancellation is not a reasonable option for an almost $5,airfare with multiple legs weeks before the trip is to occur
