Good day, As already discussed with our Customer Care Representative, the transaction was voided and the time-frame for almost all the credit card companies concerning pending transaction or pre-authorization, may vary between 10-working days Regarding the charge for the BPG (Best Purchase Guarantee) that was selected while the booking was confirmed on our website, I have gone ahead and cancelled it and refunded as a gesture of good willYou should see the funds back on your card shortly Hopefully the pre-authorization hold has been released by now There is no action required on our part, so we consider this file resolved.Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Center.Regards, Customer Care Team

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from JustFly mentions that they will reach out to the airline on our behalf to "advocate" for a solution regarding the "expired" creditI would like to clarify that the ticket did not simply expire, as suggested by the response from the business, but JustFly [redacted] did not allow us to use our credit within its year of validity, even after numerous phone calls and hours and hours of waiting over the phone and speaking to multiple supervisors The truth is that we have contacted JustFly numerous times before the credit expired and this can be shown through the various phone calls and the records/logs of JustFlyUnfortunately, in almost every phone call, JustFly representatives would create new issues that we were not told before, with each representative contradicting the accounts of the previous agent from the businessWe have also had three way calls between us, JustFly and the airlineDuring one of those calls, the airline suggested JustFly to contact their JustFly Help DeskSince it is only open on weekdays during business hours, JustFly promised to contact us as soon as they open, however we have received no call to resolve the matter Furthermore, upon calling the airline directly, multiple airline representatives referred us to an agent called "Voyages A La Carte" with the following phone number on record: [redacted] This number however does not existThis agency apparently has offices in numerous locations, but their relationship to JustFly was unclear to us, and the airline could not see a contact number for JustFly in their records To summarize, we do not trust JustFly mediating with the airline at this time, now that the tickets are expiredThey could have helped us before the credit expiry date, but this was not the caseThe consequence is that we have paid them $2,and received no service in addition to so much time wastedFor all these reasons, we are seeking a refund.Sincerely,Jacopo [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I cancel the tickets, you advertise that I will be able to select new tickets using my credit in your site, which is not true, I can only use the credit by calling you and in any case you add an extra fee, meaning that I'll repay the new tickets in full, so, the credit is just an illusion, for example: - Ticket to London (price direct with the airline): 750USD - Same ticket with justfly using the credit: 500USD fee (I never be told to have to pay a fee to re book using my credit) + 150USD (cancellation fee that I already paid) + 711USD (of 'imaginary' credit available) giving a total of 1361USD which is absurd, totally a scam of course I check directly with the airline, and for the first ticket that I bought a refund was available, meaning that Just Fly recover some money in my behalf when they cancelled the flight So, - My claim is, I want to use the credit with a fair price, not that invented and inflated rates that Justfly is creating - I want to see my options in the site, since I'm not able to purchase any flight by my own since their site doesn't allow me to use my credit or see the rates, which is very suspicious, on their policies they mention that I will be able to select any new flight using my credit available, so this is not true at all, they want for me to make a phone call and then they search for me Sincerely,Nahum [redacted] ***
