I called to have technician come out and service our softener as it was pretty old (about 25 years old). Once he arrived, he found several issues with the unit and advised me about several solutions. I could have his unit rebuilt, purchase a new unit or rent a new unit. After calling the office and get some more details and then discussing these options with my wife, we decided to go with the rental option. The same technician came back 5 days later, and installed the new one. He was very polite and professional and did a great job with the installation and explaining to me what to do and how to operate the system. I had a good experience with them, I would recommend them to any of my family and friends who are looking into a softener or RO system.

I've been using the services of Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning for years with excellent results. As my RO system entered the end of its lifecycle, I stopped by the Boyett office to talk about options. [redacted] and [redacted] are class-acts. They explain options exceptionally well, are very upfront on the costs, and use absolutely no pressure allowing you to make an informed decision after reviewing all options. I decided to lease a new alkalinity RO system. Although I typically don't lease anything, it clearly made sense in this case given the cost of the initial investment to purchase the unit and the yearly service fees. With the lease, I had no large up-front costs, they cover the annual service, and if it leaks, they take responsibility (although my previous Boyett RO and soft water systems never leaked, I appreciate the peace of mind). Best of all, when the unit reaches the end of its lifecycle, Boyett changes it out automatically. When it came to install the new RO unit, the tech was excellent. He took substantial time to answer all of my questions not only about the system, but about treated water in general. While he was at my home, he went ahead and performed an inspection on my soft water system and ended up changing out the flexible water lines not because they were leaking, but to ensure they DON'T leak. These guys at Boyett have a level of integrity that is unsurpassed. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.

I have used Boyette Family Rayne Water conditioning for almost 15 years. They did my original install of my water softener and RO system. Since there was no existing loop, there was a lot of additional work that had to be done then. This entailed visiting an unfinished home and learning the best place to install the drain line and supply lines. Their work was excellent. Fast forward 14 years when my water softener has finally lived out its life. I contacted Boyette again and they were able to come out the same day to replace and do the leased service. I was so impressed with their personal service that I do not even consider other options. We've been renting a water softener and reverse osmosis unit for a year and have absolutely no complaints. I just scheduled the annual swap of the RO system, as included in the rental. That was easy and, as always, the person with whom I spoke was friendly and appreciative of my business. He promised they would check on the softener when they come for the RO, too. The info I received over the phone when inquiring about there system was very informative and not pushy. They installed the unit on the same day they day they performed maintenance on my reverse osmosis unit, which was the next work day.
