I have been a customer of Boyett Family Rayne Water for 3 years and have had service in 2 different homes. I am in the processing of moving to a 3rd home, and just had Boyett's install my new water softener in that home as well. [redacted], the installer, was awesome! He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He carefully explained my new system to me, and now my water is so much better! I highly recommend the whole-house system with the tank outside the home. It costs a little more, but it doesn't require any salt or attention from the homeowner. My water is great, my laundry is brighter, and I have no residue build-up in my dishwasher, shower or tub. The Boyett family is really wonderful, and they offer personal service that's hard to find these days.

Our old water softener went bust after 11 years and Boyett did a great job of letting me know my options. From rental to a refurbished unit to a brand new unit, they gave me all the options. The set up was seamless and we elected to rent. They tested our RO system as well when they were out. Love their no pressure sales approach and easy installation process. Good job Boyett!

Setting up initial appointment was easy. They promptly called back to answer our questions and came out the very next day to install RO and water softener unit for the house and even took our old softener unit. Honest with great service.

We have been customers of Boyett Family Rayne for over one year. The Boyett style of customer service is demonstrated in their daily commitment to honesty and integrity. Our water quality is now greatly improved.
From the time of my first call, to follow up with an on site visit. I felt that they were not just trying to make a sale, but were genuinely interested and concerned with our water quality issues. Although I normally prefer to purchase rather than lease, the Boyett's business model provides cost effective Monthly rates coupled with the added benefit that they track the cylinders and replace them periodically. The Boyett's take the hassle of maintenance out of the equation.
The installers are punctual and professional and I have yet to spot a leak.
The equipment always appears to be in new condition with safety shutoffs in place.
I will not be purchasing this type of equipment as long as [redacted] Boyett is leasing.

Customer service was AWESOME! Everyone I talked to was very informative and wanted to make sure that I had the right things for what my needs were. The installer was GREAT too. He took time to explain everything about the system and when salt needed to be added and when there was enough salt in the unit. I would recommend them to anyone who didn't want to actually buy there own unit.

I've used Boyett's for over 20 years. They were able to provide replacement parts for my old water softener. When it came time to move, they provided both a new water softener but also an RO unit in the new home. They have been my choice for maintenance of both systems and have always done an excellent job. Recently they installed a new water softener and as usual their work was excellent. They remain my vendor of choice for water quality needs.
