The installation was very professional and installed on time, The soft water system is working perfectly as described before the installation. I would recommend Boyett Family Soft Water systems to anyone looking for a great system, affordable pricing, and great customer service.

Earlier this fall I suspected I had that my water softener was not working properly. I called Boyett Family Water Conditioning and talked with [redacted]. He was very knowledgeable and told me about a common problem that is happening across the Valley. [redacted] came out to my house within a few days to test my water softener. It needed to be repaired or replaced. [redacted] gave me several options and provided me with a lot of information, I was able to schedule an appointment with a technician to replace my water softener, at a time that was convenient with my schedule.

Boyett Family did an excellent job replacing our old water softener unit with one of there units. The info I received over the phone when inquiring about there system was very informative and not pushy. They installed the unit on the same day they day they performed maintenance on my reverse osmosis unit, which was the next work day. The installer was on time, professional, and also very informative. We have had the unit installed for a week now, and the water is great. I am a return customer and have asked myself why I what 7 years to have a new water softner unit installed.

I have used Boyett's Rayne Water systems for the last few years and am extremely happy with their service. The RO system supplies wonderful tasting and pH balanced water and is so much better on the environment than buying bottled water. The water softener system is a must have in Arizona. Both systems are efficient and I have never had any problems with them. Boyetts is great family owned business with a great customer service team.

I have been a customer of Boyett Family Rayne Water for 3 years and have had service in 2 different homes. I am in the processing of moving to a 3rd home, and just had Boyett's install my new water softener in that home as well. [redacted], the installer, was awesome! He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He carefully explained my new system to me, and now my water is so much better! I highly recommend the whole-house system with the tank outside the home. It costs a little more, but it doesn't require any salt or attention from the homeowner. My water is great, my laundry is brighter, and I have no residue build-up in my dishwasher, shower or tub. The Boyett family is really wonderful, and they offer personal service that's hard to find these days.

The equipment always appears to be in new condition with safety shutoffs in place.
