I have been lucky enough to have Boyett Family Rayne Water handle all our residential water needs for the last 4 years. They are prompt, friendly and provide service above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

However, getting a complete new water conditioning system installed was an absolutely wonderful and positive experience, thanks to Boyett Family Rayne staff. Just wanted to take minute and say that my interaction with Brian Boyett from Rayne Water was nothing short of a pleasant and positive experience. From the first phone call inquiry I made, to his personal on site visit (2x no less) to assess and provide service to us under our unique circumstances. We are renters and there was no soft water loop in our home so we had to look at cost effective solutions since our landlord was unwilling to share the cost with us. Also, the HOA had unique restrictions on what could be installed outside the home where the main line came into the house. We settled on the new Filtersorb solution which is the latest in softening technology...eliminating the salt and salty waste that those traditional systems create. We are very excited to be in step with green initiatives and Rayne Water provides those! The installer came out today and was also very accommodating as I had dug a one foot recess in the ground to shorten the visibility from the street and make it easier for me to provide the plant material screen I had agreed upon with the HOA. Thank you so much to Brian and the family at Rayne Water for being sensitive to individual and unique needs rather than just approaching business as a one size fits all orientation. VERY VERY PLEASED!

I just purchased a new home & a friend recommended the Boyetts company to help with my need of water softener as well as an RO system. I put a call into the company and within a short timeframe Hayden Boyett returned my call and was so very nice and informative in telling me about his product and why it would be the best for my needs. He also told me of their great warranties & service. Checked several other companies after our conversation & decided to go the the Boyetts because of their service. Asked if everything could be installed before I moved in. The answer was quick. He scheduled my installation for that Friday! Even better, I forgot to mention to him the color of my kitchen faucet being bronze so wandered what I would find the next day when I got to the house. Just like my expectation an almost perfectly matching faucet for the RO system! Bravo, great job on the whole installation & they left everything neat and clean as they found it! Thank you!

My family and I recently moved to the area. We are renting a condo and already have the water softener, which we like. I inquired about the RO and spoke with [redacted]. He explained what needed to be done and we set up an appt. The technician who came out was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this company.

When we purchased a winter home in [redacted], we knew we wanted soft water,as we have it back home in [redacted], and love it. After a really bad, hard-sell, out-of-this-world price demonstration from a [redacted], we discovered several of our neighbors used the Boyett Rayne monthly rental program for the winter months. I called their number after 5:00 on the first afternoon we arrived, left a message, and was surprised when [redacted] returned my call within a half hour. He was very knowledgeable about their systems, and stressed that customer service was first for them. After hearing the reasonable pricing for both the monthly rental and the summer off-season fee, we set up a Monday afternoon delivery, between 1 and 3 pm. At 2:30 pm, the driver called and said he was on his way, and arrived promptly after that. The installation was painless, with our water off for only about 10 minutes. There was a mix-up about whether we wanted the unit standing up or laying down (we wanted laying down), and since the driver doesn't carry the needed cradles on his truck, he called the office, and then assured us he could complete the installation today, and drop off the cradles on Thursday. No problem. The cradles were dropped off and installed on Wednesday, and we are really enjoying the soft water service. The water tastes better, and our dishes and clothes feel softer, and they don't require as much soap. Our skin is softer and cleaner feeling, too. We are very happy with the service provided by Boyett Rayne.

When they came to install my system, they were able to make it fit into a very small area and the installation person was very nice and professional.
Meanwhile I love having clean pure water and not having to refill and carry jugs of water to my home.

We recently had Boyett's Rayne Water Conditioning install a new water softener. They were very helpful from the first phone call and first visit. They were timely and punctual in the installation appointment. The serviceman was polite and was very experienced in water softeners and answered many questions that we had about general maintenance for our water system in our home. He inspected our past system and found a pipe leak which he repaired with no extra charge.

We have used Boyett Family Rayne for soft water and R/O for 12 years -- ever since we bought our first home in the valley. When we moved in 2009 to a different house, we had Boyett install soft water at the new home.
We just decided to install their R/O system which is far superior to the system we had used before (just a filter t the sink and the filter for the frig). As usual, they did a perfect installation and even hauled away our sod water tank and installed a brand new one for us.
They are incredibly knowledgeable folks as well as professional and great to deal with! We recommend them to everyone!
