I NEED HELP!! This company is a complete scam! I ordered a christmas tree and paid in full$When the package arrived a month later it was just a castle not a treeI was told by customer service that this was a part of a collectionNo problem! I told Lauren the service advisor to cancel my account and we will return the castle A few weeks I recieved another charge to my account for $for an unknown item I still have not recievedAfter being on hold for nearly min (28:36) I made contact with an awesome agent 'Hafiz' who was able to verify that the first person never canceled my accountAlso made not that this is a common issue that bradford does to their customersI appreciate what Hafiz was able to do and verify that they closed the account and removed the credit card from the data baseA new package is being shipped and we have to return it as soon as we get itA refund should be coming in soon

I ordered a heart shaped pendent for my mother on 12/10/for Christmas On 12/I called and spoke with a supervisor who advised me that I would not have in time for ChristmasAt this time, she said she would give me 50% off for the order due to the mistake of not having it in time for ChristmasSo, okay I decided to waitCome January 24, 2017, I still don't have the necklaceI called and they said the order was canceledWhat?! Who canceled the order? This is such a horrible companyBuyer beware, this is not a good company

Ordered a 3th nightmare before Christmas treel on November 20th When order was place there was no notification of backorder Waited for ship date that came and went Christmas past and still no tree or contact from the company I called the company on January 9th to check on the order After giving me a hard time I was informed that the order was shipped I did receive a package (that was clearly too small to be a 3ft tree) open the package and it is a jack's house for a figure set that is damaged So after nearly months of waiting for a Christmas tree, not only was the wrong product set (conveniently on the day I called) but it was damaged

My fiancé had ordered a personalized my joy bracelet from them and they said our order was on it's way that was on the 11th and I went to check on the delivery to make sure it would be here before Christmas like it said it would be and they had cancelled the order on the 17th without even notifying us or checking with usI have called times each time on hold for over minutes and on the 3rd time I finally got ahold of someone and when I asked what had happened they said it had been cancelled because his card didn't match his address but this is untrue and when I asked if we could get it fixed he kept saying that was with the credit departmentWhen I asked for their number or to transfer me over to them he refusedI work as an online sales associate and this is by far the worst experience I have had ordering anything online!

I am not sure who this company uses for their warehouse for items, but they seem incapable of delivering things when initially promisedI ordered an ornament (actually - as gifts for Christmas) and they were supposed to arrive Dec (based on my initial email confirmation) I happened to be on my account and noticed, despite no email heads up from Bradford Exchange, that my items would no longer arrive in time for Christmas, but rather would be shipped FEBRUARY How do they think delivering something more then months late is acceptable business practice? After I called, I got an apology for the inconvenience and free shipping Thanks Bradford Exchange now I have no gift to give to those people I originally bought these for P.S this is the 2nd time this has happened to meAnother order came weeks late So this is not a once off issue

I have a few words to say about this company I've worked for them as a customer service representative, and left the company for a number of reasons, not least of which was their bad business ethicsFirst of all I collect stuff, and I like high quality merchandise (tools, clothes, whatever) I understand the value of paying more for something that is clearly better than something that costs less Pay more money for a nice shirt, and you just might get a shirt that wears better, lasts longer, and looks nicer than the shirt that costs less This is not so with the Bradford Exchange With this company, you are paying more money for less Everything that you can get from Bradford Exchange is available somewhere else for less money better qualityThis only applies to the stuff that Bradford sells but is available through other retailers There's plenty of stuff sold through Bradford Exchange that is exclusive to them, and I guarantee that this exclusive merchandise is also low quality We're talking about reproductions of canvas art prints that light up with LEDs, sculptures that have other artwork printed on them, circulated coins that have stickers of Obama fastened to them thus making them "limited edition" and therefore worthy of a high price tag None of this stuff is low-priced, but all of it is very cheap Go ahead and buy that nice shirt because it just might give you that extra value, but none of Bradford's products are worth their dollar value I mean absolutely none And think of the target market of this company, based on the kinds of customers who would call into me with orders or concerns: Senior citizens on fixed incomes who wanted to spend their pension checks on something nice This was one of the reasons I quit the company I hated selling stuff that has absolutely no value Not functional, not collectible, nothing I hated selling junk, and that's what this company sells And I hated selling this stuff to people who are likely to get ripped off I hated preying on the elderlyNext, I absolutely have to mention the horrendous customer service policy this company has Yes, you can return your product for a 100% refund, free of shipping Yes, if your personalized item is broken or done incorrectly, you can get a replacement free of charge and keep the broken/incorrect item you received That sounds like a lot, but as far as customer service goes, that's not enough Christmas guarantees with this company mean absolutely nothing other than a refund of your money or a cancellation of your order The item you ordered that was guaranteed for Christmas has just gone on backorder and it's one week before Christmas? Don't expect to get any notification about this so that you can figure out a backup plan for your kid's/relative's Christmas gift This goes beyond the extent of Bradford's customer service policy (again, not reaching nearly far enough, in my opinion) And while it's not the end of the world if you don't get it by Christmas, you are absolutely right to expect to receive it by Christmas, and if you don't get it by Christmas, you are absolutely right to expect some form of compensation that goes beyond a refund or more crappy merchandise You are also absolutely right to expect a notification if your item has gone on the list of backorders that will not be arriving for Christmas Unfortunately, the only consolation that Bradford Exchange can offer you is free shipping and sometimes a discount on more of their other items (read previous paragraph on why this is not desirable compensation) Again, here's another reason I left the company I didn't like ripping off customers, even if it wasn't actually me that was doing it I didn't like being the hand of the thief who reached into your pocket and took your cashMore on customer service Customer: "I got this train set for my kid, I paid $for it, but I only got one piece Where's the rest of it?" Me on the phone: "Unfortunately sir, that was $for one piece of the train There are pieces in total It will cost you at least $to have a train that works, and $to have the complete train And it will take you almost two years to get the whole train unless you pay for all of the pieces right now I can take your credit card number if you're ready." What's with this marketing? Although it does sort of indicate on the website that the prices for train sets are on individual cars and not the whole train, why are the descriptions of the items designed to trick people into thinking that those prices are for whole sets of trains? As ridiculous as this sounds, I would consistently get phone calls every day from customers who thought they were getting the whole set when instead they only paid for one piece And the customer's reaction to the reality of the situation and the full price of what the customer was expecting was always the same: Shock and disgust, both of which were reactions that I sympathized with Moreover, many customers had no idea they had actually subscribed to ordering the series, so within a month they were shipped another piece of the set and had their credit or debit cards charged with the bill Ever had your bank account overdrawn, or had your credit card charged on the day that you needed to pay the rent? If you've ordered from Bradford Exchange, you probably have, and if you haven't yet, you probably will soon Another reason I left this company I hated responding to customers who had been tricked or lied to by my company I hated wrecking people's finances with tricky marketingI've worked customer service before I've dealt with customers who have put money on the line, not gotten what they wanted, and became very upset In the past I've always felt that I did the best I could to help my customers, that there was a way I could fix their issues and offer them the service they wanted at a price they could afford Not with Bradford Exchange This company is designed to trick people into spending their money on high-priced, low-quality merchandise It targets people who are in need: Elderly persons with low income, families who desperately need Christmas gifts, veterans who served their country, and all other people who are in an emotional state that precludes them towards spending money Isn't this basically what every company does? Yes, to some extent But Bradford Exchange is much more insidious Take my advice, do not learn the hard way This is not a business you want to deal with

This is the worst product I have ever purchased it my life, the ring I bought for my wife tarnished within two weeks what a piece of [redacted] and a waste of money, I will never by anything from here again

My boyfriend ordered me the I love you stackable ringsWe used the wrong address by mistake and the item had gotten returned(After dealing with the post office for two weeks frustrated) I called Bradford and explained what had happened and they immediately put in for a replacementBummed I wasn't getting it for Christmas, I received it the next day because they overnight it for meThey were very helpful and made sure I got my gift on time

I ordered an item by telephone I was asked if I wanted to pay for this item in full and I said no but I would like to see this first however, would pay the first payment as a deposit I ordered a bracelet and received a necklace instead I then found they had taken the full amount out of my credit card which I did not tell then to do I called them immediately and said I received something I had not ordered and it had cost me £ I sent an email repeating what they had done and received a generic email stating this would be seen within working days This is now over week I sent back the item I had not ordered which was more expense At this present time, I have nothing to show for paying out £which I did not give permission to do I think it is deplorable to be treated in this manner Also they misspelled my name: They have me as ruthtrsld, which I don't think exists in the dictionary hence, how did they manage to take this out of my account with an incorrect name?

BUYER BEWARE......I purchased a [redacted] ***l " [redacted] ***" Lifelike Baby Boy Doll originally on 11/11/I paid in full for this purchaseThey state that they will e-mail you shipping info and they never didI checked on the order myself on-line a few days later and it kept saying shipped 11/11/When I checked on-line through a computer there was no shipping info, however through my cell phone it said it would ship through [redacted] and there wasn't any tracking number showingI did read on their website that it takes 2-weeks for most dolls to ship so I waited until 12/02/to call the company because I had still not received the packageI spoke with two representativeS and a supervisorThe first rep gave me the tracking number and told me to call [redacted] which I did and they told me it was an invalid number to try [redacted] I called them they said the sameI called back to [redacted] and still got no help so I called The [redacted] Galleries backThe second rep then told me she didn't see any tracking info so I asked for a supervisorThe supervisor told me they generally make customers wait for days after the shipping date to issue a replacement item but since she could understand the item was for the holidays she cancelled the first order and put in for a replacementFrom 12/5-12/on-line the order said that it would be shipped by 01/14/I called again on 12/06/and a rep told me to ignore the date of 01/14/that they assure me that I'll have it before the holidaysToday 12/14/I checked on-line and saw that it was shipped 12/09/through [redacted] ***t and also got the tracking numberThe number once again through the [redacted] website, through a [redacted] rep as well as a [redacted] rep is still not bringing back any packageI called [redacted] the rep and the supervisor that I spoke with showed little to no empathyI'm now being told that it takes 1-business days for the tracking number to become validAlso that I should wait to call them back on 12/19/and they'll try to ship a new doll out thenThis has been the worst on-line shopping experience in my lifeI absolutely do not recommend that anybody orders from themI truly wish that I would've read these reviews before purchasingThese items are too expensive to not receive and to have to go through so much hassle forYou would think there customer service would be a lot better than what I have experiencedI just hope my daughter gets her gift on time

Excellent experience with this company! My bf ordered me a ring a couple days before Christmas, so it would be here in time for my birthday in January They quoted a week wait time for the ring to be made, plus a day shipping timeThe ring came within the quoted time, and looks gorgeous!

I ordered a personalized family bracelet from Bradford on 12/ I was told at the time that the item would be delivered before Christmas I subsequently received an email that the item had shipped on 12/ I have spent more than hours on the phone (on hold mostly) waiting for customer service to advise me why I haven't received the product I have been told twice now that there is no tracking information available yet and that I should call back on 12/after p.mCustomer service reps are terribleI WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
