I ordered a doll and shipped it directly to my niece. Paid for the doll in full at time of purchase. For the last 4 months, this company has continued to charge my credit card without authorization for a second doll they claim they sent. I only ordered one doll and the my receipt states that. There is nothing to indicate there would more charges placed on my credit card. I tried to resolve it with Customer Service, but got nowhere. They would escalate my situation to a manager as I requested numerous times. My only recourse was to dispute the unauthorized charges with my credit card company. Ashton [redacted] (part of the Bradford Group) continues to keep charging my card and the credit card company continues to reverse the charges.
There are hundreds of complaints on line through various review organization. The customer reviews are 4% positive and 95% negative on the Revdex.com website. How is it possible they have an A+ rating. Inconceivable! They have poor customer service! They fraudulently charged my credit card numerous times. If my purchase somehow authorized them to send more dolls (that I never received) and charge my card for more than the original purchase, there was nothing at the time of purchase to explain that. There is nothing on my original receipt that indicated my purchase is not in full. I paid what the price of the doll was plush shipping.
The Revdex.com rating needs to be reviewed to prevent this from happening to other customers. There have been MANY customers who have experienced the same problem!

I am a past customer and wanted to re-order checks so I went on line to this site. I entered my info and hit order and then the price of checks I ordered was more than tripled. I did not get satisfaction from anyone I spoke to. The employees I did speak with were aware of the discrepancy of how pricing is done. I got no satisfaction at all nor an apology of their pricing.
This is the exact email I sent to the company:
YOUR BILLING IS FALSE ADVERTISING. 6.99 PER BOX THEN WHEN I ORDERED IT WAS MORE THAN TRIPLE. I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER BUT I READ OVER SEVERAL TIMES AND NO WHERE ON THE PAGE WAS A FIRST TIME OFFER STATED. ANTHONY STATED SORRY BUT ONLY FIRST TIME BUYERS GET THAT AND SORRY FOR ANY 'MISLEADING' PAGES. SO YOU DO KNOW THERE IS MISSING LEADING ADVERTISING ON YOUR WEBSITE. I AM REPORTING YOUR COMPANY BRADFORD EXCHANGE CHECKS TO THE WISCONSIN Revdex.com. HOW MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS AND NOT REPORT IT? PROBABLY TOO MANY. SHAME ON YOUR BUSINESS! HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 MINUTES RIGHT NOW AND STILL NO SUPERVISOR.28 MINUTES LATER SUPERVISOR EMILY GAVE ME THE SAME 'INFO' AS ANTHONY. THERE IS ANOTHER PAGE FOR REORDER. I ordered a doll from Bradford exchange, I used my credit card,I than ordered another doll for my other granddaughter putting it on the same credit card, when it arrived I opened it and was disappointed to see it was too small so I shipped it back, assuming they would take it off my card, they instead sent me another more expensive doll that I didn't order, I canceled my credit card but they already had over 60 dollars of mine and wanted 60+ for this other doll I decided to keep the doll even though I really didn't care for it, it's hair was a mess & looked like it was a doll that someone returned, at first I wasn't going to pay the balance, But as you know they began sending me letters to pay up, I stalled for a few months than I paid up. Thinking this will teach them a lesson well it didn't yesterday December 24th another unordered doll arrives! The nerve of this outfit! Well I looked up about situations like this and it said legally I'm allowed to keep the item & not pay for it, to write them a letter, first I'm asking you is this true? I'm not a person who's wealthy & im not looking for a free ride but it makes me darn mad to be taking advantaged of by a big company like Bradford Exchange, I live on a small pension in a small prefab house & I have three grandchildren who's mother (my daughter) passed two years ago, I try to help their dad as best I can, so what's going on here? Do I send it back or keep it? Thanks for any input Ms Evelyn

We are in receipt of
your notification dated February 1, 2016, regarding Ms. [redacted] complaint.
 
Our records show that we received an order via mail for three
of our “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” Music Boxes from Ms. [redacted] November 29,
2015. We do apologize about her not receiving all three packages; we shipped
all three to her December 1, 2015 and once an order is in the hands of the
carrier, we trust the full shipment will reach its intended destination. On December
20, she contacted us stating she had not received the third music box and she
was advised it is customary to wait 30 days to ensure an item was lost in
outbound shipment before a replacement is sent out. Until the 30 days were
over, billing ensued as normal until we were able to take further action.
 
On February 1, 2016, we received and answered an e-mail from
Ms. [redacted] stating her wish for removal of the balance and removal of her name
from our mailing lists. That same day, a customer service representative
liquidated the balance on the third music box. Since the balance on her account
is now $0.00, it will certainly not affect her credit rating.
 
The representative has also removed Ms. [redacted] from our
mailing and contact lists. Our advertisements are prepared in advance so she
may still receive some advertisements through the mail for the next few weeks.
If she receives another e-mail, she is welcome to click the “Unsubscribe” link
that is provided on the bottom of all of our e-mails.
 
If Ms. [redacted] has any other questions or would like to
return the broken music box for a replacement, she can contact us directly at 866-285-2334;
our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CT).

I order a product that cost over $100 for my grandmother for Christmas and Bradford Exchange guaranteed it would be here by Dec. 19th, 2016 before I ordered the product and here I sit Dec. 21, 2016 and it just shipped the day it was suppose to be here by. I called them and they blamed it on the delievery company, stating it just left there warehouse and will not be here until the Dec. 24, 2016. That does not give room for the delievery to run into issues with weather, so I hope and pray it will be here on time. I order the product on Dec. 8th, 2016. They had plenty time to get here after what the shipping cost me. I know one thing for sure, I will never buy anything else from them.

I ordered an nfl purse in August and still on October 26 have nor recieved it . I just today on October 26 received corespondence telling me it will not be here until November 17. Definitely not good business ! Will not ever buy anything from them again !

I received a cardregular maillatter that day that showed the account paid as requested.

Five years ago I ordered a product from the Bradford Exchange as a Christmas gift for my nephew. When I placed my order, I was informed that the train I ordered was back ordered- completely understandable. The Bradford Exchange never communicated when the product would be available, and Christmas came and went (I ended up buying him another gift- even though I had paid for the train already!). Then, one day, months later, a piece of the train arrived. A few months went by and another piece would arrive, with, of course a bill. This pattern continued for 5 years! Over the course of 5 years I had the train sent to me piece by piece with no communication from The Bradford Exchange saying when the next piece would come, or apologizing for it taking 5 years to send to me. I finally ended up canceling the order (which was not an easy process). My nephew and my family laugh about how ridiculous and poor the service rendered by The Bradford Exchange was. I cannot say how disappointed I am with the Bradford Exchange and I will never, ever reccomend them. It was a scam and a waste of time and money.
