I ordered a thing, that was guaranteed to be here by Christmas eve and Get an email saying it wont be So I check the tracking and The tracking number they give me wont even register that it's a tracking number yet even though the item said it had been shipped days agoI will never order with this company again Big mistake

Our records show we received one order for checks in the Wall Street check design that included four boxes for $plus shipping from Ms*** at the above addressShe did not request our Secure Ship and EZ Shield Check Protection for each box of checks at an additional cost so she was only charged for the boxes of checks and for shipping
When Ms*** was completing her order on our website, our system automatically added the shipping which is $per box of checksWith four boxes included in the order, the shipping cost totaled $11.80, which brings the entire cost of the order to $
We sincerely apologize for the confusion during the phone call on October XX XXXX; the call was accidentally disconnected and we assure you it was not intentionalDue to the sensitive nature of the purchase, canceling check orders is not a common practice for our companyHowever, in the interest of maintaining good client relations, once Ms***' order manifested in our system on October 17, a representative canceled her order as she requested and was notified via e-mail the day after her original complaint with the Revdex.com was filed

I called and spoke to another customer service person who explained that the shipping is free, but they tack on a Service & Handling fee to cover fulfillment at the printerThat should have been disclosed prior to entering credit card information so the customer can make an informed choice whether to buy from this merchantIf they want to charge for shipping they should not post Free Shipping on their website and pass ** off as something else after the order has been placedThe order has been cancelled

We respectfully disagree with Mr*** regarding our shipping in a timely manner, since we care deeply about shipping in a timely mannerOur web page did show our “Fashionable Fan Buckeyes Bracelet” was guaranteed to be delivered no later than December 24, Guaranteed items boast a banner and a “gift icon” on the product page of the products that are covered under the guarantee
Our records show we received the order for the bracelet placed by Mr*** November 6, with plenty of time to receive by ChristmasOur next shipment came in and we shipped the bracelet to him December 8, through the United States Postal ServiceThe USPS does not always provide a trac*** number, as seen in this case, which makes it difficult for us to know exactly what is happening with the shipmentHe spoke with a supervisor December 19, and was offered our “Go Buckeyes! #Fan Charm Bracelet” instead since there was still time to get a bracelet to him, but he decided to keep his original order
Since Mr*** never received his order we can only assume it was lost in outbound shipment and we sincerely apologize for this terrible inconvenienceThe original bracelet is currently out of stock, however, I have ordered a replacement for him, applied a 50% refund ($54.49) off of the total cost of the order and upgraded his shipping for free

Our records show Ms*** placed an internet order December 12, for the “Foundation of Faith Men’s Bracelet.” At the time this bracelet was still guaranteed for delivery no later than December 24, however, we oversold the item and it was no longer availableUnfortunately this unforeseen circumstance can happen with products during the holiday season as it is our busiest seasonWhen this happens, all clients with orders are notified with a mailed apology letter weeks after an order is placed stating shipment will be delayedThese are common practices amongst online retailers and we follow all FTC regulations concerning these notifications
Ms*** canceled her order January 4, 2016, just over three weeks after she ordered so she did not receive a notification regarding the delay of shipmentWe definitely understand she was not notified in time for Christmas and I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience
Since the product was out of stock and in the interest of keeping good client relations, I have noted MsS*** account to apply a 50% discount if she would like to place the order again and wait for the next shipmentIf she would like to order again, she can contact us directly at *** to receive this discount; our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm (CT)

This company is horrible I have never had such a bad experience with a company beforeFirst I ordered a product for Christmas, was promised it would be delivered, never was Then was told it would be here for New Years, never came, then I go on the site and it says returned new ship date Jan 12, It never came so how can it of been returnedI canceled the order Now I have asked them over times to delete my account, they keep sending me an email saying you will no longer receive emailsSo I ask again, they say it has been taken care of, I go to the site and account is still there Horrible Horrible business , do not buy from them I still can not get my account deleted

This company advertises their products and delivery dateThis is the second I tried to orderI ordered an item that was guaranteed for delivery by Christmas and paid for day shippingArrival date was 3-days which is past the day shippingNow the ship date is FebruarySame thing occurred, with a previous item I tried to order

How to start off the Bradford Exchange has prices listed that are not correct they make you believe you could buy something for $and then all of a sudden they're charging your bank account times for $then you call and they say oh well the price is actually $then you will say ok I'm not interested anymore I'm going to ship back can I get a refund in this case they will tell you yes you will ship the stuff back and they will keep your money I have talked with people many times over and over again they promise I will see a refund and it never happens now for the best part I just received a claim from a collection agency for the rest of their money they are a joke do yourself a favor people and do not order from this company

First time ordering from Bradford Exchange on 10/07/ Item was not mailed correctly and was returned by the post office When I later received that item, it was too wide and I returned it They returned it back to me even after the return label in the package specifically indicated that the item was not a good fit They offer no phone number to correct the error and ask that you email instead, which I did, but received no response from them, and then they charged my account a second payment Not good business practices

Let me start by saying that my description is going to contain sad personal information that is extremely difficult to share With that said, I ordered a small "songbird serenade" music box for my mother's birthday I placed the order on August 16th, thinking it would arrive by August 25th in time for her birthday This will be my mother's last birthday as she is terminally ill with stomach cancer and is in hospice She cannot eat, is having extreme difficulty breathing and has very little left to enjoy about living She has always loved birds and nature, so I thought this would be a way for nature to come to her I thought the package would be here by now (today is her birthday), but it is not scheduled to be delivered until Saturday the 27th, over days later I called Bradford Exchange to complain and the young lady was very nice and offered to refund my shipping fee but a refund is not of interest to me Their shipping methods are prehistoric and not worth what the customer had to pay For $I expected the tiny package to arrive at least within a week! They ruined my gift to my dying mother and I want everyone to know how terrible they are If you really want their products, order them a month in advance but as for me, I will NEVER order from them again

As Mr*** requested, his account has also been coded to prohibit future mailings, however, if he should receive an additional invoice, he may disregard it as we have taken care of the balance on the account.

Tryed to order from Bradford exchange timesAnd only received one itemThey claim to always send you a letter which never comesHave to call them after months, and always says back ordered for monthsI will never order from this company againSeems weird send you letter suggesting items then never have themAlso asked to email cancel letter, never do

I would not recommend this company as they do not keep their shipping schedules as paid forThe company forced my hand to cancel my order because they gave me three shipping dates that they did not keep

Ordered a doll on Nov 6th 2015, and was told it would be received Dec 2015-Jan 7th Requested status on Jan 8th and was informed it would be another to weeks for deliveryThen most recently received a notice in the mail it would be 3/29/before shipment would be receivedThis is not exceptable customer service for their customersJust wanting to warn future customers of their excessive delays in providing their productsDefinitely don't order from this company if you are wanting their product for a gift unless you order at least months in advance!

I ordered a customized bracelet on December 8thThe shipping information said it would be delivered on December 22-30thWith constant checking of the order status it eventually changed to the 30thOn the 25th I checked the status and it was moved to Feb2ndI emailed them with no response about the orderI then called a few days later to check in on the orderThey said it had been on back orderThere was no alert or anything though about the itemWhen ordering a product weeks in advance they should be checking the stock and making sure they aren't selling sold out productsAND when they do find out it's on back order they should at least notify their customers accordinglyIt was an extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend the company to anyone

I ordered an item on 11/10/It was to be delivered by ChristmasNow, on December 22, they are saying it will be 1/5/before it is deliveredWell you didn't mind taking my $ on 11/So where is my product?

They promised my daughters doll would be here by Christmas, it was ordered on the 13th of December and given a guaranteed delivery by Christmas *** ** has no record of the shipment, the company was called times and could care less Package never arrived as of today After this experience I have read multiple review with this very thing occurring, how do they keep their rating through Revdex.com I checked their rating through the Revdex.com before ordering and that is why I did business with them, is this a scam as well?

Called in at least times checking on order status and was given the run around from it will be guaranteed delivery by Dec to it will be shipped by Jan 23rd, to its on hold pending payment authorization, to we don't ship/deliver on weekends When I spoke to Supervisor he cut me off while I was explaining what had transpired and offered to just cancel the order No apology for the horrible customer experience as it was my first but definitely my last nor did he offer anything to make it right with me except cancel my order for me less than two weeks before xmas
