Uptown plumbing and heating did not follow court ordered enhanced warranty procedures for Bryant MAV furnace heat exchanger failure

We contacted Uptown Plumbing after having some updates made in our kitchen and needed to have the sink reconnected along with some updates done to the existing plumbing We received a very reasonable quote from the technician, the work was completed very quickly and cleanly!!

I just had Tony out for a furnace tuand pre-season maintenance checkHe was awesome, showing me the inside of the heat exchanger with a camera and he gave me all sorts of helpful hints one would think the furnace installers from another outfit might have mentioned (like we should keep our fan running all the time because we paid more for a multi-cycle fan which extends furnace life and lowers energy bills)

very prompt, polite, fixed the problem quickly, was stunned about how inexpensive the fix was-will absolutely call them again if need not used to getting such good service!!!
