Uptown plumbing and heating did not follow court ordered enhanced warranty procedures for Bryant MAV furnace heat exchanger failure

I just had Tony out for a furnace tuand pre-season maintenance checkHe was awesome, showing me the inside of the heat exchanger with a camera and he gave me all sorts of helpful hints one would think the furnace installers from another outfit might have mentioned (like we should keep our fan running all the time because we paid more for a multi-cycle fan which extends furnace life and lowers energy bills)

Bob Dfrom Uptown Plumbing and Heating came out today to service our AC unit and water heater It was work done as promised Bob took the time to explain some of the things he found Also, they have a nice APP that will text when the service tech is on the way and you can track their location on a map to see exactly when they will arrive Thank you
