I have been using Hero plumbing, heating, and cooling since moving to Minnesota with my family three years agoI always get great service and am always treated like familyEvery technician who has been to my home has been extremely polite and very knowledgeable and they don't try to nickle and dime you or talk you into something you don't want to doThey stand by their work and make sure its done right the first timeJake Egan was the last technician at my place and he was fantasticHe went above and beyond to get my problem solved and didn't charge me an arm and a legThanks Hero!

I have a mixed review of Uptown Plumbing Overall I was pleased with the service; they were prompt, and I believe they recommended and performed the appropriate repair (water heater replacement) I was however quite disappointed with the price, and I feel I was oversold somewhat I have a relatively large house but only people living in it, and was sold a gallon water heater More disappointing was the base price with installation of over $3600, with addition of expansion tank and some replacement of inlet and outlet valves and piping moving the price up to over $ I regret not shopping around more, although with a leaking water heater I was in a hurry to have the issue resolved In summary I was satisfied with the customer service but quite disappointed with the price

On a routine chemy furnace was found to be in very bad shapeUptown diagnosed the
Problem and was able to schedule a repair and replacement he next day

I had two leaky faucets in my houseI called Uptown Plumbing and they sent a plumber the following dayDavis was very professional, friendly, and skilled and had the issue resolved in no timeI was very pleased with the prompt response and friendly plumbing technician

During my recent furnace & water heater tune-up, Steve was very informative, even inviting me to watch as me was doing his workWhen he found a problem, he showed me the issue and offered multiple approaches to solving itAs a result, I became aware of an ongoing but soon to expire BOGO deal on a combination furnace/AC replacementHe also showed me the various things that needed to be addressed, and I decided against those "band aids" because of the BOGO deal
Steve didn't arrive within the original time "window," but the Uptown dispatcher communicated the situation to me very clearly along the wayI really appreciated that!

After three attempts to speak to a compamy representave with no response over more then a month I find necessary to ask for your helpUptown Plumbings techmisdiagnost the problem, did not have the part, said they had to special orrder the part that would not fix the no heat complaintThe problem was fixed by another service with no part restoring heat to an year old lady on a below freezing day

Bob Dewey, from Uptown Plumbing, did a terrific job on the difficult radiator and cleaned out our whole system a week after uptown had put a furnace in Now our new furnace and all the radiators work! The company made sure that we were happy with the investment we madethank you! Randi and Geoffrey

I was very pleased with the job that was done at my home Had a new bathroom faucet installed and it was completed in a timely manner Jason was a very pleasant guy

During our annual HVAC inspection under the Happy Home program a couple of concerns were identified which led us to a discussion with the technician regarding repair versus replacementThe technician was very thorough and showed us the issues he was concerned aboutWe decided replacement was appropriateOur and their schedule was such that they were able to install the new furnace the following day during very mild November weatherThey also offered a special promotion so we replaced the air conditioner as well
The workers were all prompt, respectful and competentIf they ran into any glitches they discussed them with us and did a good job of problem solving the issues
We were very pleased with the whole process

Ben, the service technician, explained the problems with our furnace thoroughly He provided us with options to correct these problems

The problem with my garbage disposer was solved very quickly by your very pleasant technician, Bo This was the same person that installed the unit several months ago, so he was familiar with the location & setup of the unitI REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!
