In November 2016, I placed an order for Shiba Inu Leggings in Navy BlueFrom the day I ordered until the day I received the item was daysI emailed several times and it took a minimum of days to get a response from Customer Service Rep [redacted] *For almost a full month the 'package' allegedly sat in Compton CA waiting for a mailing labelI called my credit card to dispute the charge because I couldn't get a straight answer from BNLThey did notify be about the dispute, and I returned the email explaining why I did itThe day the leggings arrived, they were Pink, not Navy blue and although the size I ordered a teen age girl couldn't have fit in themI emailed BNL CS [redacted] and asked to have paperwork to return the itemI was told that wasn't possible until I released the dispute on the credit cardThe credit card company told me that since the item was indeed delivered, I no longer had a disputeIt's been 3-weeks since I emailed, again, about getting a refund and I still haven't heard back about itWhy are these places allowed to exist and rip off consumers??

On 4/14/I ordered a pair of leggings as a gift for someone, I emailed them a couple weeks later to see where the leggings where, there response was that everything is made to order and that they were behind but will send me an email when they send themLast night 5/I emailed them again asking for a refund since the occasion which I ordered them for had past and they responded today with they don't do refunds because everything is made to order ( but they haven't been even made yet) and even though they didn't honor there delivery time that I still wouldn't be able to get a refund, so I have no product( which I don't need any more) and they refuse to give me a refundMy order number was [redacted]

I ordered a bracelet, "Piece of My Heart Night Sky Personalized Name Bracelet" that was supposed to have a charm with the name of my late son, [redacted] The bracelet came and the charm has [redacted] on itThe order invoice and shipping slip both show " [redacted] "I have emailed the company twice, with no responseI have called several times, and get a recording to call back laterTo receive the wrong name was heartbreaking

I previously submitted a complaint and want to update my complaint I originally thought this website was a scam because you place an order, they take your money immediately, then you don't hear from them for weeks I assumed it was a scam When I attempted to find out status of my order I received an automated email with lots of explanations on why orders take so long AND that they don't do refunds There was no option to speak with an actual person Oh and when an actual person response all I am told is "we'll let you know when your order is shipped" and "there are no refunds" further solidifying my assumption they are a scam after WEEKS (weeks) when I assumed I'd lost almost $poof I received my product in the mail There was no "shipping notificiation" etc Bottom line they're not a scam, and you should only order if you're ok with waiting a very long time To the storeyou really should try to improve the way you converse with customers as well as update them on order fulfilment For example IF it's such a long fulfilment process then send notifications out at each turn or step of the fulfilment process Speed up answering customer questions Speed up that fulfilment rate Improve notifications to customers on shipments IF you are confident in your product you must allow for returnsin the name of "good customer service" just allow it!! EVERYONE else does!! Thanks for your time!

I never got my order.....never could get in contact with anyone and I had my bank give my money backthis number is associated with this company and tagged as a scam [redacted] The bank said I needed to write the Revdex.com

I placed an order on August 14th, through the Brave New Look WebsiteI have yet to receive the bracelets I orderedI have tried numerous times to call the [redacted]  and left messages with no return callI have sent numerous emails with no response eitherI am very upsetIt would be nice if someone would contact me to let me know why I have not received the items I orderedI feel I have given the company ample time to respondCould you please make sure I am contacted by the business and reimbursed for my purchaseThis is bad business on the company's behalf

I ordered 3 pair of hannukah themed leggings on 11/13/2016. I ordered 2 pair of size medium and one pair of size small. I was told they would ship one package with 2 pair size medium and a separate package with one pair size small on 11/30/2016. They charged my credit card before the leggings were ever shipped. I received one pair of size medium on December 30. I never received the other two leggings I ordered. I ordered a pair of leggings $43.00 - they didn't fit right. I ordered a large and found that I needed an XL. I didn't want a refund - I just wanted another size in these leggings (XL). They denied me and will not respond to my emails. This is like throwing my money in the trash. I'm very upset. These are Baltimore Oriole leggings that I wanted for Opening Day and I can even fit in them. I ordered the size I wear - I can't even pull them up past my ankles. Their terms are a little misleading.
