I purchased an item after seeing their ad on Facebook I an not getting any response from the company and do not believe I will get the item I ordered I think this company is a scam

Totally unprofessional company I ordered bracelets on 12/11/for Christmas presents, was charged for them yet never received themI then emailed the company telling them to cancel my order and reordered bracelets on 1/1/ Both orders came on 1/5/and I have been trying to send back the first order and get a refund ever since The company sent an automatic reply and apologies and said they would help me but I have still not had any direction on how to send them back and get a refund, and today is 2/7/ This company needs to be put out of business

I placed an order on Dec 28, and after emails I have only received half of my orderI have tried emailing the company directly times and only get a "canned" automated reply, stating they received my requestI have send a message via Instagram and also on Twitter in hopes of someone will contact meThey have not contacted me as of today

My wife ordered an item from this company on December 4th, and we never received itChecking the tracking number, the item is still in the storeI filed a complaint with their customer service email address on January 11, and received no responseThey have no phone number, and there are numerous complaints online about their service

On 12/09/2016, I placed separate online orders through this company as Christmas presentsThe website advertised delivery by ChristmasI never received a confirmation email &/or tracking numberI have never received my orderI looked the business up online and see numerous complaints and disputesI emailed the company and did not hear backI have called numbers I found online and am not able to reach anyoneI don't feel this is a legitimate businessI filed a dispute with my financial institution

I ordered a set of leggings from Brave New Look on 11/19/and paid $for them on 11/19/I have still not received the leggings months later, and when I go to the website for tracking it says that the leggings are still in Compton, CAI feel that it has been an adequate amount of time for the item to arrive

I ordered a Christmas ornament that departed OK on 12\18\ I have still not received it My local post office stated it was sent to my billing address not my shipping address The only responses from the company are a generic email

In November 2016, I placed an order for Shiba Inu Leggings in Navy BlueFrom the day I ordered until the day I received the item was daysI emailed several times and it took a minimum of days to get a response from Customer Service Rep *** *For almost a full month the 'package' allegedly sat in Compton CA waiting for a mailing labelI called my credit card to dispute the charge because I couldn't get a straight answer from BNLThey did notify be about the dispute, and I returned the email explaining why I did itThe day the leggings arrived, they were Pink, not Navy blue and although the size I ordered a teen age girl couldn't have fit in themI emailed BNL CS *** * and asked to have paperwork to return the itemI was told that wasn't possible until I released the dispute on the credit cardThe credit card company told me that since the item was indeed delivered, I no longer had a disputeIt's been 3-weeks since I emailed, again, about getting a refund and I still haven't heard back about itWhy are these places allowed to exist and rip off consumers??

On December 10, I place an order for two sweater with total cost of $I received a confirmation email but as of today I have not received the sweatersI've made numerous attempts to contact them without any luckI am frustrated and feel cheatedI have opened a dispute with PayPal but at this time there has been no resolution

My husband ordered me pairs of Nursing Leggings from this company on November 26thThe email stated that within business days we would receive a tracking numberOn December we reached out to the company asking where the product was and all we received was automated messages that stated they had higher demand than expectedWe reached out again on January and received the exact same automatic message replyI emailed them back again said that I want a tracking number with the actual day of delivery or a refund and now they are not contacting me or refunding our moneypairs of leggings were and received no product or no refund

No customer service and liarsI placed my order Dec 8th and received an email confirming my order was to arrive by Dec 18thAfter seeing it was Dec 21st and had not received my item, I called the business, emailed the business, texted the business and calls would go straight to a recording each time, and no returned voice messagesThe company did however find the time to reply to customers instagram postings which were positive, but they ignored the negative ones of several customers who were in my same positionAs far as the lying part goes, I received notification that the business shipped my product Dec with UPSI'm confused, how was my item expected to arrive Dec 18th when you had not shipped till the 27th! Horrible Customer Service, some of the worse I have seen in ages
