Brave New Look

I placed an order (Invoice ID ***.1) for a *** *** - Party Like It's tee shirt - $and a *** *** - Party Like It's hoodie - $39.00; shipping $for a total of $Unfortunately I forgot about the order until Christmas when I realized since it was to be a gift that the person did not receiveI have tried calling and emailing Brave New Look with no respond to eitherI did not realize until then that Brave New Look was a scam and had a F rating from Revdex.comI don't understand how they are allowed to continue to operate and advertise on Facebook?

I ordered a product from this business back in November and have never received my purchaseI have contacted them through their website multiple times and continue to get the same generic response of the course of monthsAll I want is my item that was already paid for or a refundThey were fast to take my money but have never sent my itemThe tracking information on their website has said they are overloaded for the holidays and will get it as soon as they canIt shouldn't take months to make shirtAnd they now will not respond to me emails for a refund request

Ordered a bracelet over a month agoBrave New Look says it's been shipped and has given me a tracking numberOnly problem, the USPS hasn't received the item to shipThat was on 7/NothingThey won't respond to my emails anymore and no response when I ask for my money backTerrible

I ordered a shirt from the company on 10/It is a standard shirt they have for sale on their website (not personalized)I got a confirmation stating they would send another email when it shipsAs of 10/28, it had not shippedI looked on the website and there was only an email available for me to contact customer serviceI contacted them and no replyI contacted them again on 10/and after reading comments on their facebook, realized that many other people were in my same predicamentI emailed them again on 10/asking to cancel the orderThey said my shirt is custom made (it isn't) and has been sent to printing and they can't cancelThey can only cancel orders made within hrsI checked their website and my email confirmation and their is no policies on cancellation and returnsThey need to let customers know if items are backordered and specify better shipping datesThey need a cancellation and return policy on their website

I placed an online order from this retailer on Oct and have made many attempts to contact them regarding the delivery of my orderI received an email stating it shipped on Oct 2016, but never received a tracking numberI have yet to receive the items, and the emails I send to them are only answered by an automatic replyAt this point, I just want a refund of the items totaling $

Ordered item on Feb, paid with credit cardSaid that item would ship FebChecked with them today and did more research to find that they have been ripping everyone offMy credit card has already been chargedAll because I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend

My credit card company gave me my money back thank you for helping anyway

I purchased bracelets through this companyI waited almost a month to receive them and when I did I gave one as a giftI received a call the next day from the person I gave it to to tell me she put it on and it brokeI called the company right away and left a message about it,waited a few days and nothing.I continued to call every day and email several times and no one has contacted me.It has been almost a month and still nothing

I ordered a bracelet from this company on 11/12/and my credit card was charged for the amount of $24.98: $for the item and $for shippingAfter more than two weeks, I contacted the company to find out what happened to my order and I got a reply email saying it would ship in 2-weeksSince that time, I have failed to receive the product, their tracking site suggests it should have shipped on 11/21/and the company (***) has failed to reply to any emails despite many many attemptsThe irony is, while they don't respond to my emails, they frequently email me, suggesting I make other purchases from them

They were having a buy get free special, so I ordered for Christmas presentsI received two of them in the mail but was missing oneI checked the receipt and it showed three orderedI have emailed and called several times with nothing but an auto response

I ordered items on September 7thThe company took my money, and said I would receive my items with weeks, then when I contacted them again they said weeks, it has be weeks and I have attempted several times to contact them without a response or my money backIt was only $but the principle of the issue is I didn’t get product or moneyThis company needs to be shut down and the advertising needs to stopThey are stealing from people

I saw a picture of one of their products on a Facebook post and orderedLater I read some reviews that said the ornaments I ordered were not at all like the advertised pictureI ordered on January 9, and made my first contact with them by phone and through email on the same dayI wanted to ask about the reviews and the product itself and possibly cancel the order before they filled itI did not get a response from either the phone call or emailSince then I have made numerous phone calls, which automatically go to a voicemail; and or more emailsThus far all responses have been automated, including the ones saying the order was confirmed, on its way, out for delivery and deliveredRecently they asked for a review and on February 3rd they asked how I rated their support on different requests

I received the leggings today. All is good. Thank you so much for your help.
