I never received the product that I paid for, did not get any response from email and Facebook support when looking for answers to why I have yet to receive the product I have already paid $forOrder was placed 12/6/16, UPS update on 12/15/states label has been created, "Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated"....this status has yet to be updated

I ordered a bracelet in October and the intermingled the "shipping" and "bill to" address and therefore, the United States Postal Service returned the itemUnfortunately, the return took over a month and thus, outside of the window of time to request a refund through my credit cardI have contacted the company numerous times via email and always receive the automated "someone will get back to you" message but no one ever doesThey got my money and I didn't get a braceletWhat a scam! I too wish I did my homework before orderingI will never order again from this company nor will I ever recommend anyone to order from this company!! They should be shut down but they know out of state customers will never file suit against them because of the expense involved

This is not a real companyI ordered a blanket on their website A YEAR AGO and I contacted them multiple times and kept being told it was shipped but all they did was create a shipping label, not actually ship a packageI called them out for being frauds on Instagram and they blocked meI had to dispute it with my bankTheir “address” is just a mailbox and their phone number is not legitimate eitherThey will steal your moneyI wish I realized this before ordering from them because a year later I never received what I ordered

I ordered from this company several weeks agoI received an item no where near what I purchasedI have emailed multiple times and have only gotten one response asking me to submit a picture of what I receivedI could not reply to their email, I had to send in a new customer service email and waitI have been waiting an additional days for a response now and have no other way to contact this company to rectify the situationEach customer service email gets a generic "we are too busy to help you at this time, we will get to you when we can"

Ordered pair of leggings on different datesFirst pair came and were okSecond pair arrived without a waistband, making them completely unwearableSent them an e-mail explaining the issue along with photos of both (to show that I expected the 2nd pair to be like the first)Got an auto-reply explaining the shipping process and that they will get back to me ASAPAfter waiting a week, I e-mailed them again (the phone # they provide on the website is not answered and only tells you to e-mail them)After several more attempts to e-mail them, I finally decided to fight the charge thru PayPalPayPal asked for them to respond w/in days and they failed to respond so I was awarded a refund (although it wasn't for the full amount and I'm trying to get a response from PayPal to explain why they did not refund me 100%)

I ordered leggings from this company and want to return them due to cheap quality material THere is no way to return them $for dollar store quality
