I ordered two pairs of leggings with a horse print design on November 10th, $was taken out of my checking account to pay for the itemsI have never received the leggings that I orderedI have gone to their website and e-mailed them many times trying to either get a refund or have my items shippedI cannot get a response to any inquiriesI have tried to find a legitimate phone number for them to try to call them and cannot find any kind of numberI want my money backI don't have $to throw around right before Christmas*** ***

Ordered $of items Dec 5th all christmas presents of course still waiting on deliveryNo one answers the phoneline and only automated emails back to youThe only person who responded was the social media rep who spends all day deleting all negative comments on all their social media you can tell because on the post they'll be several comments but when you click on them nothing appearsShe talked about how there's only people (single moms stop with the boo hoo I'm a single mom too) working for the company and they're really busy but please be patientTell me how is it your customers problem that you didn't hire enough people to handle your Christmas sales? Thank goodness I ordered through ***...I'm getting my money backSomething should be done about this company, it's ridiculous and deceiving and they're stealing money from hard-working people.Buyer beware!

I wish I had read this before buying anything There was a promotion that if you bought three charm bracelets, you would get two free I decided to order my airplane charm bracelets as gifts for fellow coworkers I expected five bracelets but only got three I contacted Brave New Look (BNL) You can NEVER talk to a real person You HAVE to leave a voice message and NO ONE ever calls you back You send an email, and NO ONE ever responds to your email You send product back requiring a signature and dispute charge with your credit card company Still no response from BNL Not only did they not acknowledge my return via email or phone call, no credit or anything My credit card company issued a credit I will never do business with this company again I just wish I could warn others
