Just please don't waist your time or moneyAfter you order and hear nothing from them, they will ignore you as you email and call multiple timeswaited months with nothingTime to file a complaint with my bank

I placed an order on 11/23/and have not received it yetMy credit card was already billedTheir tracking page said the estimated shipping date for my order was 12/4/I never received the email shipping notification nor the packageThey are committing fraud by billing the customer but not providing the items orderedI emailed them and have not gotten a good answer about where my merchandise is

I placed an order for a sweater on Nov I immediately recieved an automated order confirmationApproximately week later I had not recieved any further communications so I decided to contact them and request an order status updateI was advised that the order had not yet been shipped but they they would attempt to expedite, but could not make any guaranteesThe holiday part I had ordered the sweater for came and wentI emailed them again and requested the order be canceled and I be refundedThey advised me that I could not recieved a refundSeveral more emails have gone unansweredI did some research online and have found numerous similar complaints regarding products taking about a month to ship or more and them refusing refunds on orders that have not shippedI have filed a dispute with my bank over the charges are well

Purchased product online three months ago, received confirmation and money was taken from credit cardProduct never shipped and company does not respond to email or phone inquiries

Charged my credit card on November have not seen my order sent numerous e-mails

I purchased a pair of yoga leggings for my wife who is a size The website advertised that their size Small included sizes 2-(their size chart)I've been trying for over weeks to exchange themI wasn't looking for my money back, just an exchangeI have called and left messages which stated they'd call backI have multiple emails back and forth with they're customer service person "***" with no resolutionI was asked to take a picture of them, which I did, and send as a new email to their customer supportI still have no resultsI then searched the internet for a contact number and found *** and spoke with *** who was extremely offensive by saying my wife's hips were "too big"I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said, "Maybe your wife should suck it!" I told him he was extremely office and I wanted a supervisorHe said, "Just kidding!" I asked again and he said, "OK!" A minute went by and a "Supervisor" named *** got on the phone and

I paid for a pair of leggings on November 16, I emailed the company on December 21, because my leggings still had not arrivedThe company responded with this email: "Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! I’m so sorry about the delay - we got a lot more demand than we were expecting so we ended up having to take a little longer printing this batchWe will be shipping this out anytime as soon as it is ready and send you an email with your tracking informationThank you for being awesome and we hope you enjoy your custom! Kind Regards, *** *." I still have not recieved the leggingsI emailed them AGAIN on January 10, They have not responded
