This vendor has repeatedly ignored customer communication in regards to returning merchandise and processing a refundThe merchandise was finally returned to the vendor via certified mailTo this date, the vendor has refused to respond to e-mail message traffic (last communication on 1/17) and previously has been evasive about acknowledging willingness to provide a refund for the merchandise, even though the subject matter was explained in great detailThis vendor has sub-standard customer service and should be closely observed by the Revdex.com

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings on 11/27 they claimed they would be made and shipped after the campaign ended on 12/4 and would be shipped approx. on 12/11 it is now 1/2/18 still haven't received them. emailed them several times only to receive automated message ,phoned the them this morning with reply of no one is available to take my call.

Placed a xmas order in November. Received a shipping confirmation that leggings were on the way. Xmas came and went with no leggings. After numerous emails they finally said there was a problem and they were not shipped. Told me they were being sent that day. Still no leggings. Few weeks later I get another shipping confirmation and this one actually is trackable. Leggings arrive 2 months later, only they aren't even the leggings I ordered. Emailed company. No response.

First, I would categorize this as a all the above complaint. I made a online purchase from Brave New Look on August 30, 2017 for a pair of Leggings that are listed on their website. The amount of $43.99 was immediately deducted from my bank account for the purchase. I received a confirmation email from the company stating that my purchase was confirmed and I would receive separate email when it would be shipped. I never received another email from the company. I first tried to make contact with them on September 20, 2017 through their listed support email with no response. I then tried again on September 26 and my last time on September 27 stating I want a refund and I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Between the emails I also tried to make contact by their phone number listed on the Brave New Look Facebook page, but the line always said that no reps were available. I never received any contact from the company other than the confirmation email and they still have no refunded

I ordered a pair of leggings for a Christmas gift on Nov 16th They charged my credit card, but never came through They did not respond to emails until I threatened Revdex.com Then I got an email but it was sent immediately after my email was submitted, which made me think it was bogus Their response was: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Kind Regards, [redacted] *Well, I'd be a fool to order from these people again Anyone who charges your account before a product is sent out is crooked Lesson learned - I will check this site before purchasing from anyone I am not familiar with again

On September 6, I made a purchase with Brave New Look for a pair of leggings that were a gift As they state, you have to wait until the campaign ends which it states as well as the estimated ship date which was give as September 18, on my order I even waited a few additional weeks, but emailed on October 9, and received a response that demand was more then expected and that my order was in process and offered a 15% off coupon on a new order On October 21, I requested the company cancel my order, but again told that demand was more then expected and offered a 15% off coupon on a new order They stated that they could not cancel my order as it was in production On November 3, I emailed the company again and this time received a generic auto response detailing out step by step of what happens between ordering and production which states your order will arrive in days from the date you place it and that someone would response soon As of today, November 10, 2017, no response and no way to call the company I have filed a dispute on the charge with my credit card company and decided to write this review in hopes of someone else making the mistake I did thinking this company was safe to purchase from Thank you, [redacted] ***

Took over a month for my order to be shipped to my friend What I ordered is not at all what my friend received in the mail My e-mails went unanswered except by same automated response that is not helpful a all Cannot reach a real human being Worst customer service EVER - because there is NO customer service I wouldn't even know how to go about getting a refund if I had my friend return this gift - she doesn't particularly like what was sent

I believe I’ve been scammed. I’ve ordered $90.00 worth of scrub tops and not received anything but automated emails saying it’s taking longer than expected. No one can give me a shipping date. Here is a handy chronology of events that I sent to Brave New Look as I am totally dissatisfied with the service and the productAug - My online order [redacted] was confirmedOct - I emailed to say my order was not receivedI had also told them I changed my address on the website in early Oct as I moved from Ontario to BC Oct - I emailed again as there was no reply from Brave New Look Oct - [redacted] from Brave New Look replied to say the order had "slipped through the cracks" and they would attend to itI heard nothing after thatNov - I emailed [redacted] to say that I received an email from my roommate at my previous address in Ottawa to say she received a notice from the post officeI had to sign a release form and pay 16$ more for the tights to be releasedI had not been told that at any pointI had also contacted Brave New look to ask why they shipped to the previous address when I had it changed on their order site, and they did not replyNov - I again emailed Bra

I purchased an item from Brave New Look on November 12th 2016. According to their website, shipments would start within a week or at the latest 2 weeks from the end of the campaign (time period for which they accept orders for a given item). The campaign ended on the 14th of November and they said my order would ship by the 21st or at the latest on the 28th of November. November 28th came and I received no shipping notification, which they said I would receive. I emailed them for a status update. Received no response. Emailed them through their website again a few days later. No response. Send them a message on facebook and then another on twitter. No response. After several weeks of reaching out and receiving no response I send another email and requested my order to be cancelled and for them to refund my money immediately. Still have received no response. I submitted a chargeback with my bank to attempt to retract the money, but that's still being processed. This is a terrible compan

I ordered 2 pair of leggings from this company on 11-17-2016. Order [redacted] was confirmed and $44.98 was deducted from my bank account. As of 1-2-2016 I have not received these leggings. The 2nd pair was confirmed on 11-22-2016 and another $44.98 was deducted from my bank account. On 12-23-2016' I did receive these leggings. When I opened the bag and pulled them out, the print was sewn on upside down! No receipt, no return policy. I have contacted the company both by e-mail and on Facebook and only received a return e-mail once. After numerous attempts to contact them on Facebook, my account was blocked so that I could not communicate with them. I am very disappointed as both pair of leggings were for Christmas gifts.
