I purchased pair women’s leggings & paid on 9/5/by credit cardNo products have ever been delivered, though they were supposed to be delivered by 9/18/I have contacted the company 4-timesRegardless of acknowledging receit of each of my queries, they have NEVER sent my purchases

I ordered an item from this website in months ago, was told that it would arrive midDecemberWhen the product did not ship out, I contacted the company in the only ways they have possible- through email and a contact us formI never received a replyIn the beginning of January, I received notification that my item's shipping label was madeAccording to tracker, the item has still not been sent outI still have not heard from the companyThis was supposed to be a holiday gift! Spent $to receive no product, no communication, and no customer serviceCompany does not even have a phone number!

On December 14, I ordered a pair of leggings from Brave New Look, they immediately emailed me an order confirmationOn December 15, Brave New Look deducted the purchase and shipping amount from my accountI emailed them on 12/19,12/28,1/and 1/asking about my order, the only information I received was that on Jana shipping label was created with a tracking # and once the shipment arrives at the UPS facility they will update the tracking status and scheduled delivery dateThat is exactly where it stands, the same place in Stockton, CA with no other shipping information since January I have emailed Brave New Look on several occasions with no response, however they are still advertising the article I ordered on Facebook

This company is fraudulent in that they advertise w/ pictures, a product that looks very nice and when you get it, in reality, it looks like a child made itPoor qualityI ordered a book ornamentIn the picture, there was a stack of books that look 3D and the top one is openThe product I received, was a picture of a stack of books and I paid $for it!
They also lead you to believe that they are made in AmericaI call bt on that one d/t the amount of time it took to send and others have seen tracking from ChinaI never would have purchased it had I known
They will NOT refund, you know, because this is "custom made"LaughableI will never purchase anything from them again

On 4/14/I ordered a pair of leggings as a gift for someone, I emailed them a couple weeks later to see where the leggings where, there response was that everything is made to order and that they were behind but will send me an email when they send themLast night 5/I emailed them again asking for a refund since the occasion which I ordered them for had past and they responded today with they don't do refunds because everything is made to order ( but they haven't been even made yet) and even though they didn't honor there delivery time that I still wouldn't be able to get a refund, so I have no product( which I don't need any more) and they refuse to give me a refundMy order number was ***

I found this company when looking for a sweater for an Ugly Sweater Party and liked their selection of productsI put in an order for the sweater I liked days ahead of the partyTwo weeks went by with no notifications of order status so I emailed the companyI got a general reply email detailing days of process and build and shipment etcThen got a written email from staff saying my sweater would arrive Dec3rdI waited til after the 3rd still with no shipment info so emailed again only getting the general reply once moreI emailed again stating if the sweater would not arrive before the party then to please cancel my order and refund my money so that I could order a different sweater from another vendorI then received the general email again, only to get a written reply three days later stating I wouldn't get a refund and the sweater was being sent to get printedLong story short, sweater wasn't even started and they wouldn't cancel my order and refund my moneyNow I will have a sweater I can't use, delivered too late, having to spend extra money for a second sweaterI would not recommend using this company**

I was told a it takes 1-weeks processingSo they eventually sent of my items I order, saying that my sunglasses are still processing...a month later! I have asked for a refund as I paid over 80$ Canadian for my order but was promptly told they can't do refunds!
