I placed an order over a week and a half ago for election products from the companyTheir site states 1-weeks to receiveI called their listed number many times and no agents are ever available to answeri sent e-mails out to the the e-mail they list and online form complains from their sitethus far, I have not received a responseAfter looking at their facebook page and the complains there, it looks I am not the only oneI want my money back ASAP and they are not responding

I ordered a pair of dachshund leggings for way more than I normally would spend on a pair of leggings because they were adorable $in early January of & my confirmation told me that these would ship no later than 1/30/and I have never received them....I have tried contacting them through e-mail....because I can't find a good number for them....I received a generic e-mail back saying that they had more orders than expected & that they will let me know when I can expect them.....here it is almost April & nothing.....I finally told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com & I either wanted my product or a refund.....it took them days to respond & it said that they would be refunding my money.....I haven't seen it yet....*** from Iowa

After all the bad reviews I almost didn’t order,but I did and had no problems at all with the delivery or the product

I found this company when looking for a sweater for an Ugly Sweater Party and liked their selection of productsI put in an order for the sweater I liked days ahead of the partyTwo weeks went by with no notifications of order status so I emailed the companyI got a general reply email detailing days of process and build and shipment etcThen got a written email from staff saying my sweater would arrive Dec3rdI waited til after the 3rd still with no shipment info so emailed again only getting the general reply once moreI emailed again stating if the sweater would not arrive before the party then to please cancel my order and refund my money so that I could order a different sweater from another vendorI then received the general email again, only to get a written reply three days later stating I wouldn't get a refund and the sweater was being sent to get printedLong story short, sweater wasn't even started and they wouldn't cancel my order and refund my moneyNow I will have a sweater I can't use, delivered too late, having to spend extra money for a second sweaterI would not recommend using this company**

On 4/14/I ordered a pair of leggings as a gift for someone, I emailed them a couple weeks later to see where the leggings where, there response was that everything is made to order and that they were behind but will send me an email when they send themLast night 5/I emailed them again asking for a refund since the occasion which I ordered them for had past and they responded today with they don't do refunds because everything is made to order ( but they haven't been even made yet) and even though they didn't honor there delivery time that I still wouldn't be able to get a refund, so I have no product( which I don't need any more) and they refuse to give me a refundMy order number was ***

I've ordered from this company well over a month ago! I was told a it takes 1-weeks processingSo they eventually sent of my items I order, saying that my sunglasses are still processing...a month later! I have asked for a refund as I paid over 80$ Canadian for my order but was promptly told they can't do refunds! Every time I've inquiried about my order, I've been told it will be sent when it's finished processing and that my order arrived ten days ago in Canada and to contact Canada postI'm tired of getting pushed around by this company, I just want my refund and move on from this mess! I paid 65.98$ USD (82.50$ CAN came off my credit card)

I ordered a pair of yoga pants for a Christmas gift on November 5, and they have still not arrivedI emailed the company on December 14th to see if they would be arriving before Christmas, and I was told that they were taking longer to print than expected due to the demand, but I was not given any kind of an indication when they would be deliveredI asked if I could change the shipping address and they never wrote backIt has now been two months since these were ordered and, after searching the company, I found many postings that the company is a scamThere is also not a way to contact them via Facebook

This company is fraudulent in that they advertise w/ pictures, a product that looks very nice and when you get it, in reality, it looks like a child made itPoor qualityI ordered a book ornamentIn the picture, there was a stack of books that look 3D and the top one is openThe product I received, was a picture of a stack of books and I paid $for it!
They also lead you to believe that they are made in AmericaI call bt on that one d/t the amount of time it took to send and others have seen tracking from ChinaI never would have purchased it had I known
They will NOT refund, you know, because this is "custom made"LaughableI will never purchase anything from them again
