Order placed on October 23, website states "It generally takes 5-days from the end of the campaign for the shirts to arrive at your door!" Order was time sensitive, as items election relatedInitial ship date stated November 1, then received email that they are unable to complete orders since "we got a lot more demand than we were expecting"They refuse to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount $130.77, since the items are no longer timelyNowhere on the website does it state that cancellation is only for hours, as they state in a reply email

My husband ordered an item from this company for me on February 26tjThe anticipated ship date was March 5thOn March 10th when, according to the order information on their site, the order still had not shipped, my husband and I began to attempt to contact the companySince March 10th, we have made numerous attempts to contact the company via emailI have also left a voicemail requesting a refund since the item ordered will not arrive by the time it is needed since it has not shipped yetWe have received no response to any of our attempts to contact and have received no product

Ordered Dec 4th, Christmas gift for my sister who recently lost her beloved pet, it is a charm bracelet with a saying about your pet passingI get told that its custom design and is being made, will receive it by Dec 15, you never get a live person always a recording, and never a return call from a live person, once in a while a return emailtold them I was writing to the Revdex.com I did receive a routing number finally and my order number *** they claim they sent the merchandise out to call my post office and give tracking number so I did so, when I called my local post office with my tracking number I was told that the company is giving me the run around and that the number they gave me to track is a fake number they have no such thingI called and left a message again telling them what the post office told me and as of today 12/31/have heard nothing backthey took my money out of my account for but couldn't deliver the bracelet

Absolutely terrible customer serviceI bought a t-shirt for Christmas that I needed to exchange/ I've sent emails requesting assistance and have not heard anythingTheir customer service is awfulUse their services at your own risk

Its been about months since I ordered something and it hasnt shipped yet

I made an order with this company on June 29thI received a confirmation email with my order and the receipt for the product of $I still have not received my item and when I contact them all I get is "Thanks for reaching out! I’m so sorry about the delay - we got a lot more demand than we were expecting so we ended up having to take a little longer printing this batchWe'll be sure to update you as soon as your tracking information is updatedWe appreciate your patience during this time." That is all the information I get from themI've asked for a refund but they won't acknowledgeI want my money back!!!

I ordered an ornament from this company last night, 11/22/ It was a Hallows Always Bulb Ornament {based on the 'Harry Potter' franchise} and I wanted for my friends who say this to each other all the time When I placed the order, their website defaulted to instead of 1, and it was already placed I realized it when I checked my email and saw the charge was higher than I expected No more than minutes after the confirmation email was received, I emailed them and told them I wished to cancel of the ornamentshours later, today on Thanksgiving {when I wouldn't have expected to receive an order from them or have had them be processing anything}, I received an email at about 2:PM telling me they were sorry, but they couldn't cancel the as it had already been submitted for processing and these are handmade items They hoped I would understandI immediately responded, telling them I did NOT understand and that they could let me know when to expect a refund, but now after seeing all the negative reviews {and apparently they remove the negatives ones from their Facebook page, though several are currently there}, I am calling my bank first thing in the a.mand having them decline the charge completely I don't believe I'll ever receive the merchandise most likely or it will be damagedI intend to let everyone know that this is a bad business, and it's my own fault for not checking them out before ordering
