I wish I would have done my researchThis is a awful companyI ordered a rear view mirror charm almost a month agoStill no charmTracking information never changesNo phone number to reach themDont order anything it is a mistake

Its been about months since I ordered something and it hasnt shipped yet

Horrible company to deal withThey keep your money for over a month, and offer automated emails saying product response was more than they anticipatedI stupidly ordered twice from them, did not receive the product and inquired, only to receive the same automated letter each timeI then opened a Paypal claim which they ignoredAs soon as I escalated the claim I received a tracking number that was not traceable because the item had not been shippedIt was only to appease Paypal that they had a tracking numberWORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Took over a month for my order to be shipped to my friend
What I ordered is not at all what my friend received in the mail
My e-mails went unanswered except by same automated response that is not helpful a all
Cannot reach a real human being
Worst customer service EVER - because there is NO customer service
I wouldn't even know how to go about getting a refund if I had my friend return this gift - she doesn't particularly like what was sent

Ordered Dec 4th, Christmas gift for my sister who recently lost her beloved pet, it is a charm bracelet with a saying about your pet passingI get told that its custom design and is being made, will receive it by Dec 15, you never get a live person always a recording, and never a return call from a live person, once in a while a return emailtold them I was writing to the Revdex.com I did receive a routing number finally and my order number *** they claim they sent the merchandise out to call my post office and give tracking number so I did so, when I called my local post office with my tracking number I was told that the company is giving me the run around and that the number they gave me to track is a fake number they have no such thingI called and left a message again telling them what the post office told me and as of today 12/31/have heard nothing backthey took my money out of my account for but couldn't deliver the bracelet

My husband ordered an item from this company for me on February 26tjThe anticipated ship date was March 5thOn March 10th when, according to the order information on their site, the order still had not shipped, my husband and I began to attempt to contact the companySince March 10th, we have made numerous attempts to contact the company via emailI have also left a voicemail requesting a refund since the item ordered will not arrive by the time it is needed since it has not shipped yetWe have received no response to any of our attempts to contact and have received no product

This company is horrible do not order form them!!!!!

I have ordered two products, leggings, from Brave New LookI am 5'2" and weigh I ordered medium to give a little just in case they ran a little smallWhen I tried them on, they did not come over my kneesA six year old would fit comfortably in themI contacted the company, and they told me to send another emailI sent several, and this time started over with the customer supportThey said they do not return productsThey are making products that people are not able to use or satisfied with, and not doing anything to make it rightI have read numerous reviews now, and wishing I had checked them soonerI want a refund, and I have told them I will continue to make sure everyone I know realized they are scam until they proceed to make it rightThey make no attempts to make it right

I made an order with this company on June 29thI received a confirmation email with my order and the receipt for the product of $I still have not received my item and when I contact them all I get is "Thanks for reaching out! I’m so sorry about the delay - we got a lot more demand than we were expecting so we ended up having to take a little longer printing this batchWe'll be sure to update you as soon as your tracking information is updatedWe appreciate your patience during this time." That is all the information I get from themI've asked for a refund but they won't acknowledgeI want my money back!!!

I purchased a t-shirt on November 2nd as a Christmas present for my daughterI therefore did not give it as the gift until December 25thAfter having washed the shirt once, the seaming fell apart and I contacted the online retailer on January 23rd requesting information about returning the shirtThey informed me that there were no returns after two weeksHowever, since this is an instance of their product being faulty, I believe they should refund my money, which I explained on January 23rdThey have not responded to this second request

Company states that bracelet was silver plated and made with tarnish free metalBracelet started to tarnish within a few days of wearing itRequested a replacement as FAO stated they would replace free of chargeThey refused stating it was a custom item and that they will only refund/replace within days of purchase

This business does not respond to email or social media unless called out & you tell them you are going to the pressI was only able to get a refund after I made attempts to reach out to San Fran news outletsThey delete bad comments on *** to save faceDo not order from them

They are scammersThey take your money, send incorrect sizes, dont reply back to emailsWill not order again from this company again nor would I suggest anyone else toShould have done my homework before purchasingMy bad big time :-(
