I ordered a pair of leggings from this company in early OCTOBER It is now January 7th and after several attempts to reach out to them about my item (via email - they only way they list on their website), I still have heard no responseThey took $of my hard earned money! (plus shipping!) On Nov 28th I received an email saying my item was shippedWhen I click on the link, it still states my item has not yet shipped, but has only been labeled with a shipping labelSTAY AWAY from this company!

I previously submitted a complaint and want to update my complaint I originally thought this website was a scam because you place an order, they take your money immediately, then you don't hear from them for weeks I assumed it was a scam When I attempted to find out status of my order I received an automated email with lots of explanations on why orders take so long AND that they don't do refunds There was no option to speak with an actual person Oh and when an actual person response all I am told is "we'll let you know when your order is shipped" and "there are no refunds" further solidifying my assumption they are a scam
after WEEKS (weeks) when I assumed I'd lost almost $poof I received my product in the mail There was no "shipping notificiation" etc
Bottom line they're not a scam, and you should only order if you're ok with waiting a very long time
To the storeyou really should try to improve the way you converse with customers as well as update them on order fulfilment For example IF it's such a long fulfilment process then send notifications out at each turn or step of the fulfilment process Speed up answering customer questions Speed up that fulfilment rate Improve notifications to customers on shipments IF you are confident in your product you must allow for returnsin the name of "good customer service" just allow it!! EVERYONE else does!!

Placed an order for a shirt two weeks ago; payment was made immediatelyIt still shows as "in processing" and the company hasn't responded to my request for an updateI will be contacting my credit card company for a refund, but this company should have a more formal complaint lodged against it as well so that other customers aren't defrauded
