I ordered a pair of leggings for my daughter in size Small when I should have ordered size MEDIUM! I have emailed the company or times requesting a return authorization to exchange for the correct sizeEmails have not been acknowledged nor responded to!! Since this company does not show a telephone number on their website, I contacted the Revdex.com and was given a phone number; I have also called the company times, and only get a recording advising that no one was available to take the call and to leave name, phone no., etc., and someone would return call! Phone calls have not been acknowledged either!

On their website, the company alleges that a product would be delivered 1-weeks after orderingNo where on the page does it say that the item is incredibly popular and that it is back orderedAfter I placed my order, days went by and I never received an email that had a tracking number or an update on the order beyond "received." I emailed the company twice, I sent them a message on TwitterNothingOnly after checking their Facebook page and seeing all the complaints did I learn that the item is likely back ordered and wouldn't arrive for another two months! When I contacted them about cancelling my order, they said they only offer a hour window for cancellingHad I known at the time of order that the item was backordered, or had received an email after order letting me know, I would have cancelled within that windowThey now won't refund me my moneyI don't need my item in two monthsI needed it this month
