Brave New Look

This company charges you when you order something Eventually they send a UPS tracking number but the package ID has no scans on it When you email (there is no phone number) you get a response saying your item has shipped After no response to several emails we disputed the charge with our bank

BRave New Look is a fraudulent business that takes your money immediately and you don't receive your merchandise It's funny how several scenarios are exactly what happened to me I ordered memorial bracelets totaling $ on December and hadn't received it I emailed the company as you can't reach them by any phone number You get a recording , " no operator to take a call I complained via e-mail and then received some bogus tracking number and it supposedly went to another address mikes away My address was correct on the order, etc so just don't get it I read several reviews and this happens all the time I don't know if they pic out random addresses and send empty packages or what IwS Apple to dispute charge on my card but please stay away from them SCAMMERS!!!!

I ordered my wife a pair of leggings on 12/5/from Brave New Look using standard shipping (5-business days)I emailed and called them for a status update on 12/20/16, 12/22/and 12/29/All emails were not replied to and all phone calls said "all customer service representatives are assisting other customers, please leave your name and email." They have not responded one single time to any inquiryThe only thing that is in the UPS tracking is that they created a label on 12/15/Nothing after thatThey stole my $and apparently many others' as well

On December 1st, 2016, I ordered their productMy credit card was immediately debited for $On December 15th, I received an email stating my order had a shipping label createdOn December 23rd, I emailed their support address asking why my item had not shippedOn January 5th, 2017, I again email asking where my item was and why it had not shippedThe next day, I received an email saying "Due to unexpected production issues, we were unable to ship your order within the time frame promised." I again asked when it would ship and got no answerOn January 12th, I got an email saying my shipping status had changedWhen I went to their site, my status was "Label Created"The same status they had sent me almost a month agoI had emailed and told them that I wanted my item shipped or I would contact the Revdex.com, and received nothing

This company advertises on Facebook mostly for women's clothing for animal loversI ordered a pair of leggings on 11/19/2016, received a shipping notification on 12/15/2016, and have not received productWhen I click on the UPS tracking link, it only says that a shipping label has been created but nothing has actually been shippedToday I looked at the Facebook comments on one of their ads and many other consumers have also complained about not receiving their itemsIt appears that we (consumers) are being charged via PayPal for the products and are not receiving them

I ordered & paid for a baseball/grandson braceletSeem to be taking a long to arrive....traced the pkg, claims delivery but I did NOT receive itI contacted via email...responses SLOW to come backPassive solutions offered which I had done ...da! Ordered a Scrub Top from Brave New Look in October, the funds for the top were taken from my paypal acct immediatelyTo date I have not received the product or any updatesIn checking their website, product should have been shipped in early NovemberThey will not respond to my emailsUnfortunately, I've seen many complaints on social media with the same issues, some saying they purchased over a year ago, no product, no refund, no updates from companyI would like the product or my money back

Do not order from them, they are not interested in customer satisfaction they just take your money and it does not matter if your product fits, never mind the quality is not good
