I again asked when it would ship and got no answerOn January 12th, I got an email saying my shipping status had changedWhen I went to their site, my status was "Label Created"The same status they had sent me almost a month agoI had emailed and told them that I wanted my item shipped or I would contact the Revdex.com, and received nothing

items ordered are complete garbage and horrible material - simply want to return them - they claim custom orders but do not take measurements - these are the most repulsive material ive felt and will not wear them - also the print on them is not as it appeared - I simply want to return them and get a refund they do not respond and now cant even send them a message on facebook where I ordered them thru - dissatisfied completely -

On their website, the company alleges that a product would be delivered 1-weeks after orderingNo where on the page does it say that the item is incredibly popular and that it is back orderedAfter I placed my order, days went by and I never received an email that had a tracking number or an update on the order beyond "received." I emailed the company twice, I sent them a message on TwitterNothingOnly after checking their Facebook page and seeing all the complaints did I learn that the item is likely back ordered and wouldn't arrive for another two months! When I contacted them about cancelling my order, they said they only offer a hour window for cancellingHad I known at the time of order that the item was backordered, or had received an email after order letting me know, I would have cancelled within that windowThey now won't refund me my moneyI don't need my item in two monthsI needed it this month

I ordered my wife a pair of leggings on 12/5/from Brave New Look using standard shipping (5-business days)I emailed and called them for a status update on 12/20/16, 12/22/and 12/29/All emails were not replied to and all phone calls said "all customer service representatives are assisting other customers, please leave your name and email." They have not responded one single time to any inquiryThe only thing that is in the UPS tracking is that they created a label on 12/15/Nothing after thatThey stole my $and apparently many others' as well

Do not order from them, they are not interested in customer satisfaction they just take your money and it does not matter if your product fits, never mind the quality is not good
