This company immediately takes your money but does not deliver the productWhen you email them they NEVER respondI have been trying for several weeks to find out where my order is

Company states that bracelet was silver plated and made with tarnish free metalBracelet started to tarnish within a few days of wearing itRequested a replacement as FAO stated they would replace free of chargeThey refused stating it was a custom item and that they will only refund/replace within days of purchase

This business does not respond to email or social media unless called out & you tell them you are going to the pressI was only able to get a refund after I made attempts to reach out to San Fran news outletsThey delete bad comments on *** to save faceDo not order from them

All of the issues are technically needing to be addressed in complaintNight of sept 14th early morning sept 15th I tried placing an orderThey had a special on jewelry buy get oneWell first issue came up when I got to third item new page would open and putnon separate order not allowing discountHappened numerous time and I messaged them they said they fixed issueTried for several more hours then again that night and next dayStill doing this and they even sent photos asking if I left stuff behindI told them again the issueWell needless to 2nof the bracelets I wanted really bad no matter what I did wouldn't allow anything else to be on order with themI submitted the order but never got confirmation and I knew I got screwed because no 3rdnitem freeSo on my other order that was $I had other leggings added that aren't on there and one pair of leggings that are weren't supposed to beThey didn't reply to anything they knew they had my moneyI have a message stating

They are scammersThey take your money, send incorrect sizes, dont reply back to emailsWill not order again from this company again nor would I suggest anyone else toShould have done my homework before purchasingMy bad big time :-(

Ordered leggings for a Christmas present on 11/Their website says items ship as soon as the campaign endsThis particular one ended on 12/I emailed them and they then created a shipping label on 12/It's now the 21st and the package gets updated everyday, however, it's gone nowhereTheir website clearly states that you'll have your merchandise in 5-days after the campaign is overI'm calling my credit card companyWish I'd researched it more before I made a purchase** needs to stop putting this Brave New Look advertisements up...I thought they were a trusted siteShame on me!

I purchased a t-shirt on November 2nd as a Christmas present for my daughterI therefore did not give it as the gift until December 25thAfter having washed the shirt once, the seaming fell apart and I contacted the online retailer on January 23rd requesting information about returning the shirtThey informed me that there were no returns after two weeksHowever, since this is an instance of their product being faulty, I believe they should refund my money, which I explained on January 23rdThey have not responded to this second request

I ordered an item from them on 11/The website said a ship date of 12/The item still hasn't shipped and they won't respond to any requests for updatesI've read other online reviews, and it appears I've fallen into the same circumstancesThe company has a policy against refund hours after purchase so I need to contact my cc company to hopefully refund the chargesAs far as I'm concerned, this company is a criminal enterprise, and no one is holding them accountable

I placed an order on 10/25/for two t-shirts in the amount of $I selected standard shipping, with the expectation that I would receive the items within weeks of ordering, since the expected ship date was 11/1/Brave New Look charged my credit card upon the order placement (not just a pending charge), even though all retailers typically charge only once the item has shippedOn 11/when my item had not shipped, I emailed the company to inquire about the status of my order, hoping that I would receive it the next week as plannedI received a generic response that they are having delays, and sent me a promotion code for a future orderI then replied stating that this was not acceptable, and requested that they cancel my order since they could not give me any indication about if/when my items would shipOn 11/4, Brave New Look replied stating that they would not cancel my order for two reasons: Because they only allow cancellations up to hours after order placement --

I ordered one of Brave New Looks products off of their website, paid with my CC and it was charged on 11/30/I do not have the item I ordered nor did I ever get confirmation they received my order other then my Visa account being chargedI have e-mailed them times with the same stock e-mail they send outI have called times and the 3rd time it stated the call could not be completed at this timeI assume the business is no longer in existenceHow do I recoup my $ or is it simply a loss? $

I placed an order with Brave New Look on March 23, and emailed the customer support that same day inquiring about a shipment date, as there was no timing communicated on their websiteI specifically noted that if it wouldn't arrive by 3/30/18, I wanted to cancel the order, as the item was a gift for a timely eventThey did not reply to my email to their customer service support email addressI received an email three full weeks later on 4/13/letting me know my order had shippedNo one ever replied to my inquiry about when it would shipAs I noted in my email weeks prior, I no longer needed the items beyond 3/30/as they were for a specific event on that dateNo refund, response or explanation was givenIt is clear they do not check their customer service inbox or care at all about servicing customersI will be shipping the merchandise back and disputing the charges as this is the worst customer service I have ever receivedIn the digital age where *** can ship packages in days, it is simply unacceptable for a brand to take your money and share no feedback or information about the purchase you have madeIn addition, their phone number does not lead to a live person, it is an auto recordingThis company is a complete scam and an extreme disappointment

I order two pairs of met pants from brave new look back on 02/04/which they charged my credit card on the same day and to this day I still have not received my productI have sent them several e-mails in regards to this and also requested to cancel the order and send a refund to my credit card
