I purchased an item after seeing their ad on Facebook I an not getting any response from the company and do not believe I will get the item I ordered I think this company is a scam

Order a product that was not as descried the items is completely see throughI have tried contacting the company different timesFacebook where I was giving the alert that they were not accepting messageThen two emails from my gmail account with order number ((ORDER #***) and complaintAnother emails from my yahoo account that I used when purchasingDuring those times of communication I was only contacted once to be informed they will not refundIn their business they state refund will be giving in daysThis product cost me a total of $ a price that well within the means to meet standards of NOT SEE THROUGH!!

Not very good experience.Received leggings and they are too smallAsked to exchange or get refund and customer service won't do eitherAsked were to return and get money back and have not heard anything from customer serviceHow does this stay in business? I ordered from this company on Nov I received a confirmation notice w shipping/tracking linkThey have already charged my credit card for the merchandise on Nov as wellI still have not received the leggingsI contacted them via email at the beginning of last weekI was told the product had shipped and they would be updating the tracking information but if I didn't receive them by week's end to contact them again and they would take care of meI still don't have them and there is still no shipping/tracking available other than a shipping label created 11/Still says they have not left CAI again emailed them on Monday regarding this order and the fact that I didn't get the leggings nor can I track them and I have received no response

I ordered things from Brave New Look on July 29, I have received two items from that orderOrder #***I have contacted them repeatedly and exchanged several emails (including photos of the items I am missing) requesting the other three items from the orderI keep getting a response that items have been deliveredWhen I finally convinced them I had not received the complete order they finally sent me something todayIt was not what I ordered even though the email saying it was coming showed the item I had orderedI sent them yet another email with the photo of the item I received

I ordered my wife leggings from brave new look I tried to contact customer service multiple times to find out where my order was I never received a response It's been almost days since I ordered the leggings They were supposed to be a Christmas present That obviously isn't happening I never take the time to complain but this company clearly needs to be put out of business positive reviews is clearly an issue

I had purchased a sweatshirt from this company and was dissatisfied with the overall quality I receivedIn the initial description of the shirt it was qualified as heavy duty and durable and what I received was an overly thin coating on a cheeper sweatshirt materialAfter paying upwards of dollars on a cheep material sweatshirt, it took about weeks to even arriveOn the immediate day of arrival an email was ent out to the company explaining that I wish for a full refund due to the sweatshirt dissatisfaction and a return label to send the item backAfter sending four separate emails spaced about a week apart, I still have yet to hear a responseTherefor I was forced to send the sweatshirt back to the original address and dispute the charge on my credit accountOverall I suggest that you stay away from this company and do your ordering at a more reliable, customer service, oriented website/establishment

Horrible customer service, shipping and overall terrible businessI ordered leggings on Nov7th for the Holidays and didn't get them until DecI was told they shipped on Nov30th but in fact UPS only had the shipping label, for over weeksI tried in vain contacting them and only got one email response way back in November when I first asked about my order statusI have called, emailed and tried fruitlessly to get in contact with themI wish to return the leggings since the Holiday's are over and they are defective, print is upside downSeriously a total mess of a purchase and the package came without a receiptStill trying to get my money back somehowDo not order from this company!
