This company is TERRIBLEI ordered a pair of pit bull leggingsIt took over a month for them to arriveWhen I opened them, they were Schnauzers, not pit bullsOne of the legs was also not hemmed, so they were also poor qualityWhen we emailed them for a refund, they did not respondWe emailed a second time asking for a refund and they sent back that they were sending a new pair of leggingsAt this point, we had bought leggings from a different company and didn't want a replacementsWhen we emailed back that we do not want the replacement, they did not respondI have already received my leggings from a different company we ordered from, and Brave New Look has still not responded to our email about wanting a refund, and the new leggings they claimed to have sent haven't arrived either

I ordered my wife leggings from brave new look I tried to contact customer service multiple times to find out where my order was I never received a response It's been almost days since I ordered the leggings They were supposed to be a Christmas present That obviously isn't happening I never take the time to complain but this company clearly needs to be put out of business positive reviews is clearly an issue

I had purchased a sweatshirt from this company and was dissatisfied with the overall quality I receivedIn the initial description of the shirt it was qualified as heavy duty and durable and what I received was an overly thin coating on a cheeper sweatshirt materialAfter paying upwards of dollars on a cheep material sweatshirt, it took about weeks to even arriveOn the immediate day of arrival an email was ent out to the company explaining that I wish for a full refund due to the sweatshirt dissatisfaction and a return label to send the item backAfter sending four separate emails spaced about a week apart, I still have yet to hear a responseTherefor I was forced to send the sweatshirt back to the original address and dispute the charge on my credit accountOverall I suggest that you stay away from this company and do your ordering at a more reliable, customer service, oriented website/establishment
