Brave New Look

This is a horrible company I am very sorry I placed an order with them before checking the Revdex.com site They charge your card for merchandise and do not respond to any inquiries about ship dates for the order Do NOT order from Brave New Look Scammer

I placed an order with this company on November 10thThe estimated ship date was November 21stI sent emails checking on the status of my order with no responseI sent a 3rd email and posted on their site on the 29th demanding an update and threatening to do a chargeback if they did not respond to meThey did respond this time, saying my order had shippedIt had not, they had just created a shipping labelI emailed that back with that information, again with no responseI sent another email December 5th because the tracking info said it still had not shipped - again no responseI then began to research the company and found countless reviews of people who had the same experienceI then sent a 6th email demanding a refund, to which of course I got no response to and no refundI am in the process of disputing the charge and will never order from this company againI would urge others to do the sameThis is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received

purchased t shirts, they never shipped, never got ANY correspondence from themthey have HORRIBLE reviews and some people never received their itemsthis company is obviously not credibleI WILL be getting my money back

On September 6, I made a purchase with Brave New Look for a pair of leggings that were a gift As they state, you have to wait until the campaign ends which it states as well as the estimated ship date which was give as September 18, on my order I even waited a few additional weeks, but emailed on October 9, and received a response that demand was more then expected and that my order was in process and offered a 15% off coupon on a new order On October 21, I requested the company cancel my order, but again told that demand was more then expected and offered a 15% off coupon on a new order They stated that they could not cancel my order as it was in production On November 3, I emailed the company again and this time received a generic auto response detailing out step by step of what happens between ordering and production which states your order will arrive in days from the date you place it and that someone would response soon As of today, November 10, 2017, no response and no way to call the company I have filed a dispute on the charge with my credit card company and decided to write this review in hopes of someone else making the mistake I did thinking this company was safe to purchase from Thank you, *** ***

I ordered a bracelet and they claimed it would be here to me within days I ordered it on December 7th and I have written them multiple times and still no response I would like the bracelet or my money back

I submitted and order to Brave New Look on December 3rd and was told in an email that I received that I would have the order on Day 15, the order date is counted as day 0, according to the email, so if I count days I should have received the order around December 19thI still have not received my order and they are supposed to be Christmas gifts for five peopleWhen you call the companies phone number it stated that a customer service repis not available and that you should leave your name and phone numberNo one contacts you directly!

First, I would categorize this as a all the above complaintI made a online purchase from Brave New Look on August 30, for a pair of Leggings that are listed on their websiteThe amount of $was immediately deducted from my bank account for the purchaseI received a confirmation email from the company stating that my purchase was confirmed and I would receive separate email when it would be shippedI never received another email from the companyI first tried to make contact with them on September 20, through their listed support email with no responseI then tried again on September and my last time on September stating I want a refund and I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.comBetween the emails I also tried to make contact by their phone number listed on the Brave New Look Facebook page, but the line always said that no reps were availableI never received any contact from the company other than the confirmation email and they still have no refunded

I had made a purchase and wished to cancel my order and receive a refundI was told that it was too late to cancel because my order was 'custom-made' and that it had 'already been sent to print.' This conversation occurred through email correspondence between Wednesday night and Friday morningOn Friday, I happened to check the status of my order to make sure it hadn't shipped yet so that I would not be charged for an item I had tried to cancel and to my surprise, their website stated that 'orders are not printed until the campaign is fulfilled.' The fulfillment date for this campaign falls on Monday, April 17th, FIVE days after my original request to cancel the orderI had been told multiple times by the representative that cancelling was impossible due to the item having already been printed, and lo and behold, their own website catches them in a lie

The Cubs win the World Series for the first time in years, and this company took full advantage of itAdvertised adorable leggings titled "Bats, *** The W" - W being the flag Cubs fans fly for WINAFter more than a month of waiting for the leggings to arrive, I finally got them, tore them open in my excitement, only to find the leggings were sewn upside downmaking the W, an MI've emailed the company times now, whose policy states "Yes! Brave New Look wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchaseIf your products are flawed in any way, we'll reprint it for you, free of charge" - and still have yet to hear back almost months laterMultiple others have had this issue (according to Facebook complaint posts)They are scamming customers out of nearly $40, not responding to any of us, not fixing the issue with their product (as they state they would on their website)Something needs to be done!

Never received my order Reached out the company MULTIPLE times with, of course, no response I finally contacted my bank to file a dispute against the charges This company is disgusting and should be shut down!

I ordered a t-shirt from this business After the first time I washed it, in cold water and line drying, the design started to peel off I emailed the company's customer support address, and they told me that I had taken too long to notify them (it had been six weeks since the shirt arrived), and that they would not exchange the shirt I looked on line and found out that there are hundreds of complaints about this company I looked at their website and saw that their website said that they would gladly exchange defective merchandise and did not mention a time limit I emailed them screenshots of their website and they finally agreed to send me a replacement but said, "I was able to get a one time replacement for you as this order is no longer within our return policy from the date of delivery." But, there is no listing of a time limit on their return policy I had to send them multiple emails showing them screenshots of their own website and of the shirt I have read dozens of reviews of people who have had much worse experiences, like receiving the wrong merchandise or not receiving merchandise at all Beware of Brave New Look
