I purchased pairs of leggings online from BNL at different timesBoth of them arrived within - weeks from the day I purchased themThey claim to have them delivered to your home within weeks from the day of purchase and when I wrote to inquire about the extended waiting period I did not receive a replyHoweverI wear the leggings for yoga classes and find them to be durable, stretchy without ripping and overall good qualityI would still recommend this company although they could take a course in customer relations and allow more time for delivery

I ordered a pair of yoga pants on Feb 3rd of this year and still have not received themI email repeatedly and I get the run aroundI want my money back because I should've already gotten the pants in the mail alreadyIf I do not receive my refund I will contact every media contact that I know and expose this company

I purchased two items from this company from a fb add, and when I received one of the two items I was informed that the second item was on back orderI was not happy with the quality of the item I did receive so I went to the US Postal Service and returned this item requesting a full refund by check for the purchaseA week later I was informed by the US Postal Service (tracking number) that "someone" from at Brave New Look company (business address) took my return from the US Postal CarrierSince then I have separate emails to this company asking for my refund of 72.99, each of which the representative from Brave New Look repeats steps that I have already done to complete this transactionI have also been ignored when I ask for a TX so that I may speak with one of the representatives
