Complaint Detail Would like to receive full refund due to the fact service was never completed. It has been over a year with no response from company. I would never recommend this company to my worse enemy!Desired Settlement I would like a 110 percent refundQB:On 8/7 customer was advised order would be completed week of 8/17.  Order was completed 8/10/2015, voiding need for refund.This complaint has been resolved.

This is a follow up to...

a complaint lodged earlier ID# [redacted]. The business in question responded by saying the inscription on the monument at [redacted] Cemetery would be done before Thanksgiving holiday. It has not been done and I am now filing a complaint with the Montgomery County District Attorney because I have recently learned that at least 50 other people have had problems with this company.Desired Resolution: Refund
