complaint #[redacted] which I filed against Lifestone by Stefan for failure to  complete headstone engraving on the stone of my aunt, [redacted], at [redacted] Memorial Park. The company responded to the initial complaint by saying they would resolve it by the end of December.  They have not done so. If consumer is asking for a refund, we ask that the the request be made in writing to our office:  8501 N. Lansdowne Ave., Upper Darby PA 19082.

We are reviewing this order.  Approval drawings normally take weeks to send out for a number of reasons.  Also, refunds are not automatic.  They are always prefaced by an agreement between both  parties to rescind the contract.

Consumer signed a contract giving  business 6 to  8 months to complete this order, weather permitting (counting forward from June).  Said contract is in effect though Feb. 2016 and business intends to complete it on time.  This is not a request, but a contract.

I had a deadline in writing for Dec.25th 2015. That deadline was not met. Still waiting for the gravestone to be delivered as of Feb. 4th 2016.

Yes, a refund was made almost 12 months after payment was made as well as when the company was to install the headstone. The company only refunded the payment after 27 unanswered calls and a threat to come to their business with the police and after my daughter in-law went to the news. This company is fraud and should not be allowed to operate as a business.

We are awaiting delivery of the bronze companion marker from our supplier.

Consumer needs to provide original photo as requested, or we cannot proceed.  Already made this request, consumer rejected it.

Our Sr. partner will call you about this in the next 3 days and hopefully work out a firm date.

By the contract consumer signed in the beginning of August we have 16-24 wks. to complete the work.  She cancelled the contract before the term was up.  Her request for refund is under review.

the contract rescinded.  Both parties must agree.

It is my understanding that the customer's stone was set at [redacted] Cem. on 1/22 and a photo of it was sent to her.  Please confirm, and mark this complaint resolved.Thank you.
