I am rejecting this response because: I called multiple times in November to see when the completion of the headstoneI called answering service and left message with Chantel 11/and and on 11/No return callI than again and called 11/and spoke to Bernie from answering serviceI recieved a call back finally from a gentleman who never gave a name on 11/25/from unknown number and message stated that the headstone would be there by Christmasdays later I recieved another call from a woman who again did not leave a name from ###-###-#### number stating that the headstone would be there by January at the latest(I do still have both of these messages saved to my phone)So I guessed where I am confused is that is after October and these people were telling me dates in December and January so I am not happy with the professionalism of costumer serviceNo one knows what the other is doing or telling someoneNo one returns calls when they are placedI have recorded about calls and only were ever returned and only when I said I was going to complain to an outside company were the only times my calls were returnedWe would have been accepting if they would have orginally given us a date of March to May but not when the we giving us the run around.And yes my grandfather is the one purchased this product but as I previously stated he is years old and confused at times with *** as his primary languageI know that it would mean a lot to him to be able to see this headstone before he no longer can make the plus miles to my grandmother grave site

To be fair and accurate, customer did not pay cem fees in full until 12/Without the foundation fee being paid, no stone could be set We are hoping to complete this in early March

I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that statements in the response from the company are true. The company states no work could be done on my order prior to October when the perpetual care and foundation fees were paid. The fees were paid 7/20/15, and the cemetery stated the foundation was poured 8/12/15. Nichole P*** of Lifestone emailed on 10/15/and said the grave marker would be installed by end of November 2015, but that didn't happen. The excuse that they have a backlog in scheduling is the same excuse given back in February 2015. The company doesn't return phone calls or emails, therefore I find it highly unlikely that the senior partner will ever call me to work out an acceptable date of completion. Since my only choices were to accept or reject the response and I had comments to make, I could not accept the response

I am rejecting this response because: The contract signed by my mother *** *** states the date of purchase (3/11/15), it states the contract and order number (*** and ***), and the amount of $that was paid in full. The sales person's signature is illegible but it looks like Jimmy or Jerry S**. However we have spoken with Barbara J*** and Greg S***, the owner and his assistant, and we were told that the issue was going to be resolved numerous times which it hasn't. It's crazy that they had no problem taking our money but is putting us through the wringer about giving us what we paid for. I don't even know how this company can stay in business as they continue to rip people offPlease let me know if a copy of the contract is needed

This customer has been advised that the stone is complete and that a setting date will be scheduled with *** *** Cemetery in the coming week or two Customer was never told the stone had already been sent, as we were not in possession of the finished until late Dec
