By the contract consumer signed in the beginning of August we have 16-wksto complete the work She cancelled the contract before the term was up Her request for refund is under review

We are told by our cutters that this inscription at [redacted] Cemetery can be completed in the coming week, and certainly before the Thanksgiving holiday

Attached is a copy of the contract customer entered into with our company Kindly note that the work order reads: To [redacted] ADD (before her name) and after her name There are no other charges or work on the contract, other than cemetery permit fee No mention is made of work for [redacted] whatsoever We are a loss to understand why she thinks there was, or further, her accusations of fraud and [redacted] of the photograph attached which we did not take (it is on [redacted] Cemetery's "Find A Grave" website As to the period of weeks, our period of completion is to weeks I will, however, bring this to our owners' attention and request the dates be added to [redacted] *.'s name as soon as possible

Estimated completion date was 4/13/Complaint has been forwarded to senior management for a reason why and new final date

If customer reviews the contract he will note that the end date is 1/15/ Although we are past this date, we have had frequent weather delays this January We are working to fulfill the order a.s.a.p

We are reviewing this order Approval drawings normally take weeks to send out for a number of reasons Also, refunds are not automatic They are always prefaced by an agreement between both parties to rescind the contract
