Contract ***Our records reflect a balance due on this account Also, the customer has made repeated changes to the stone, which extends timeline for delivery

This order was placed on 7/9/ completion time time is - months So, the latest this stone would be finished is 2/9/ We are also still waiting for consumer to send in her cemetery application papers so we can get cemetery approval and permit complete
We are also working on approval drawing for consumer Once we have these things in order, it might be possible to expedite delivery of the stone

Obviously, I would like the stone that I ordered and paid forIf that is not possible, I would like a refund for the differenceI have not heard from the business yet regarding this issue

The refurbishment/cleaning of this stone was completed on 12/15/ The customer was advised of the completion There will be no refund given to her

I am authorized to relate that we will be able to complete this work in *** *** Cemetery, West Chester, PA within the net weeksWe will notify customer on the day of completion
