Contract period is 26 to 28 weeks, weather permitting.   November 6 would have been the term - had we experienced no problems w/ cemetery or weather. As it stands we are waiting for confirmation that complainant mailed her cemetery payment to the cemetery, as she was supposed to.  Once we have that we can create and ship the stone to [redacted] for setting.

Engraving orders take 16 - 24 weeks to complete, as stated in the contract. This order was scheduled to be completed by today (11/20). We are behind in our engraving orders, having lost 2 of our cutters this summer. It is my firm belief that we can have this order completed at [redacted] [redacted]...

Cemetery, Springfield, PA by the end of December if our customer will be satisfied with that.

Please read your contract. Latest date of completion is 5/3/2016. Have no clue why you have filed a complaint while we are still in contract period.

Per contract, engraving orders take 16-24  weeks to complete.  Consumer placed the order on 8/5/2015 - or approximately 10 weeks into the contract period.

Customer may have been "originally" told that order completion would be around the holidays, but customer did not pay in full for this stone until October 19.  This delayed production. End of March was suggested, but not promised. Est. date of completion is now 5/19/16. Our customer is [redacted]...

Complainant needs to make this request in writing, signed by signatory on our contract and directed to CGS Memorials, [redacted], Upper Darby, PA 19082 in order to rescind contract. Revdex.com complaint will not suffice.

We have this scheduled for completion by Christmas, if is satisfactory to consumer.

Revdex.com,After months of not hearing from you,  and over 20 attempts to contact the business I contacted my local consumer affairs department in Bucks County, PA. After being brought to the District Attorney's attention along with 6 other cases against  Lifestone by Stefan and [redacted], they finally delivered the stone on October 13th. They also delivered the stones of the other complainants to escape possible prosecution of fraud. My father's name was [redacted]. My family used my mother's name ([redacted])on the original purchase document order [redacted]. I am now satisfied but still think this company is fraudulent. In total it took 39 calls to this business and was promised delivery of the stone on 5 different dates before it was finally delivered on the 6 th date of October 13, 2015.

Contract #[redacted]Ordinarily it takes a number weeks to receive an approval drawing.   We are investigating the status of this.  Also refunds are not automatic.  Both parties must agree in writing before a refund can be approved.

Also, although we have an electronic record of the contract we do not have the hard copy.  We have a request in to have it pulled from our archives.Kindly provide us with [redacted] date/yr of death.It seems clear that the marker was manufactured with the wrong military emblem, and that I s something we will address.  Our senior partner will call you about this. We are unclear on the meaning of your statement that you did not file your complaint with the intention of resolving it.  Please clarify your meaning for us.
