Consumer signed a contract giving business to months to complete this order, weather permitting (counting forward from June) Said contract is in effect though Feband business intends to complete it on time This is not a request, but a contract

We will get this resolved by end of December

I got the answering service again. I told them I did not want to leave another message because I do not get a call back. I stated I wanted the address and that I was calling the police. Within 5 minutes Mr. Stephan called me back. I was at the cemetery and they stated he did not drop off the permit yet which I signed in July. He stated he did. I told him I was at the cemetery if he wanted to speak to them and he said no he would drop it off. The permit was dropped off the next day. I would like to keep this complaint till the actual stone is placed on my Father's grave. The only time I get an answer from Mr. Stephan is when he is threaten with legal action. Regards, [redacted]

Clerical mistake in response: PROMISED CUSTOMER BY MID-NOVEMBER, NOT MID-SEPTEMBER

Customer's rejection does not address the fact that necessary fees (payable BEFORE stone goes into production) were not paid until Oct Estdate of completion in May still stands

Order #***On October we emailed the customer that we calculate installation will be in mid-November

Unfortunately, Nov is the contractual date of completion We regret that this customer finds the terms of his contract unacceptable

We are in possession of the finished stone and are arranging a setting date with the cemetery We expect completion within weeks

I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the month wait for the stone to be delivered. All that time you had payment in full of $4900.00. Obviously, you take the money and runtaking your good old time to satisfy your customer in the worst times of their live. I have seen complaints about you on the news and will be sure to voice my opinion to anyone who finds them in need of your type of service. If you are expecting a thank you, don't hold your breathNo one gets thanks for doing their job*** ***

Refund was promised in phone conversation on 10//and posted to our books the following day Refund order is currently with our accounting firm and it generally takes them days to release a checkNet basis

However I cannot state strongly enough the disappointment and stress my family was subject to because it took approximately months from the time I signed the check to having the memorial set at *** Cemetary. I'm just glad it's done and I don't have to deal with Stefan Memorials again
