I am rejecting this response because: I cant believe this company . the payment to [redacted] was sent March 16 and was cashed at that time . The weather permitting is for the cemetery so they can pour the foundation for the stone  not to make the stone. I don't know how Life Stone is counting weeks , but November 6th would be 35 weeks . I have called them twice this week to cancel the order but as of today Thursday November 12 have not heard back from them . By the way it has been a year now that my Mom has passed and no marker on her grave .

MEMORIALS.   When questioned, they said they do work for [redacted] Memorials yet when I checked my caller ID it comes up LIFESTONE.  A man by the name of Colleif W[redacted] called twice on my answering machine and left a ###-###-#### to return his call.  When I did a women answered for [redacted] Memorials saying no one by that name worked there.  (8-4-15)On 8-11-15,, my home number rang and I saw it was LIFESTONE calling, it was Colief W[redacted] calling on behalf of [redacted] Memorials.  I told him no one knew him and he was calling on behalf of a quote. From 2/6/15.  I informed him we paid that on 2/4/15 and services have not been performed. rejecting this response because: we have been waiting for this since I started calling in September and it was originally ordered in February.  How long are we expected to wait?  It could be another two months or more.  I find it totally unacceptable.

Revdex.com it would take 30 days. The 30 days was 11/19  and no refund! My calls and messages to Lifestone go unanswered. Please help me get a refund for my father, a 90 year old WWII Veteran. Thank you,[redacted]

Paid 725.00 to have my father's tombstone engraved and polished in May 2015. The service has still not been provided.Desired Resolution: Refund

I am rejecting this response because: I called Gregory S[redacted] on November 30, 2015. I got the answering service again. I told them I did not want to leave another message because I do not get a call back. I stated I wanted the address and that I was calling the police. Within 5 minutes Mr. Stephan called me back. I was at the cemetery and they stated he did not drop off the permit yet which I signed in July. He stated he did. I told him I was at the cemetery if he wanted to speak to them and he said no he would drop it off. The permit was dropped off the next day. I would like to keep this complaint till the actual stone is placed on my Father's grave. The only time I get an answer from Mr. Stephan is when he is threaten with legal action.

This business Life Stone By Stefan contracted on 12/10/2014 to deliver a headstone to my fathers grave site, to date nothing but excuses. They lied to the Revdex.com on 10/30/15 stating that they negotiated with us for half refund and the stone just to get you to close the complaint previously filed . They never called anyone from our family, they have never responded to repeated emails and phone calls. They have not delivered the stone or the refund to date. We can't believe this company has been allowed to still market and do business in any capacity. They have clearly breached their contracted obligations, they have used deceptive sales practices, they have preyed on the elderly and taken advantage of the bereaved. The only option we have been left with is filing a lawsuit for the above failure to deliver on their obligations. We are seeking a FULL REFUND of all monies.
