*** ** *** *** this site they completely have know knowledge of their own terms and conditions on there own siteI was logged into my account and it told me to referr a friend a friend and when that friend spends atleast dollars we would both get a dollar bonus and I would also get a dollar bonus for the referral we both got bonus after purchasewithin hours my referrals bonus disappeared he told me about and I told them to send email to them find out why once he did my bonus disappeared mysteriously alsoso then I contacted and was told the needed a receipt of a purchase over a year old to confirm identity so an extra trip to Lowes and phone called later bonuses was applied back to account figured the issue was resolvedor hours after that they sneakily disappeared again I contacted again and was told this time a referral can’t send a referral to another person I was never referred and never got a bonus other that signing up at the beginning of the year no referral bonus from any one I told her check my account history it shows the break down of the “Big fat check” as they like to call it anyway that’s the stupidest thing I ever heard how can you even send a referral if you yourself is not a member of Ebates before you send it all the run around and adding the bonuse back and taking them away again have to did a receipt over year old and waiting on the phone to speak with someone I just had them delete my account they tried to get me jump through their hoops again saying I can’t give you a bonus for your referral (even though you proved with a receipt and did exzactly what I told you to do and I reinstated you and your friend referral bonus and when you wasn’t looking I took them off again) but if you order something else basically forfeit the cash back I already had earned I will give you special discount I said no thanks just cancel account and my referrals then all the sudden she isn’t allowed to discuss my referrals account anymore so I payed my referrals cash back he was gonna receive out of my pocket and he cancelled his account also any this company is dishonest and takes your cash back when not looking waste a lot time getting it fixed then the take it again for another reason they concocted up but anyway I was gonna use ebates to do Xmas shopping this year and so was my referral but with all these problems with just a referral bonus that I completely qualified for I couldn’t imagine the trouble that was in store for me and my referred friend any I payed him his dollars so I’m the only one out and they don’t get either of our business this holiday season

After not receiving the cash back for the purchase I contacted ebates who did a probe but couldn't find my shopping link! Ebates helped me resolve an issue I had with a Cash Back trip I had back in MayI booked with Expedia through Ebates a vacation & when I emailed them in regards to when I will receive my cash back they responded in a timely manner & the customer service I received was great! It is experiences like these that are appreciated and I will definitely refer more people to Ebates based on the experience I had
Well, I made several purchases using Ebates, after a period of time I was blocked by the company and my *** is also stuck with themI tried to contact but nobody responds to the EmailSo I decided to make this complaint because it is not fair that they get the customer's *** if they benefit only from the partnerships with the companies
