Ebates is the bestI had a question about a purchase being credited to my account, issue was resolved within a dayHave had an account for about four years and have earned approximately $in rebatesLove it!

Ebates is greatyou get a percentage back for purchases and they update you regularly about how much you have saved and then mail you a checkEvery bit adds upI have received check for almost $this year already and that is free moneyIf I didn't use Ebates that money would be in someone else's pocketHighly recommend!

I used Ebates for the first time recently and had a couple of questionsSo I contacted member services and received a quick reply and above average solution to my questions

I have signed up with [redacted] for cash back program using [redacted] Then I enrolled in "referred a friend" programThe program stated that if I referred friends and if they made a purchase through [redacted] website for more than $25, then I will get $for each referral and bonus of $I have referred friendsThey are my cousin and sisterMy account was credited with the amount as said for $50, but later they debited it and block my accountThe reasons from the customer service is that they suspected that my referrals are from the same userThey never check or request any informationAre family members consider the same user? I have family members who have as well signed up with [redacted] They all have been cancelled by [redacted] with the same reason

I have requested via three times this week for my account registered to [redacted] and they do not seem to have the knowledge to do soI am in the process of deleting that email accountI have another account registered to a different email address that I regularly useI am not sure how I got two accounts either

They blocked my account, and garbed my cash back which is almost 1000.

It's a genuine organization which has dedicated team of customer service. I was initially skeptical but I receive cash back in my PayPal and their customer service is awesome.

Excellent customer service-missing credits are researched within a day stars because the one drawback is you can not use AARP discounts in conjunction with Ebates, only coupons they list as available

I made a purchase in the beginning of July using an ebates refferal link. It took over 5 months, verses the 45 days terms of service, to get it credited. I had to complain many times, as Ebates wouldn't even investigate at first. They finally gave the credit, but not at the promotional amount (10% on all hotel purchases through Expedia) available when I made the purchase. They are arguing that it's cruises that give 10%. But that is under normal circumstances and other hotel purchases I made at the time were granted the 10%. I am more than happy to part ways, but I expect the promised amount as that is why I used an Ebates link rather than a competitor. And the fact that it took 5 months of complaining, I'm really owed the promised amount.

I have been using ebates for a few months now. My only regret is that I didn't join sooner. It is easy and simple to use. To me, it's a no brainer, you get paid to shop. Earning money never felt so effortless. In addition to all the benefits, I must say, the best part is their customer service. I contacted ebates with an issue, and it was completely resolved within the same day. The customer service members handle my issue with consideration and care. They responded swiftly and respectfully. Great company!

On February 16, 2017 I placed an on-line order with [redacted] through my Ebates account. While on my Ebates account I clicked on the [redacted] banner that stated 12% cash back with 15% off with code " [redacted] ". My order total is $ [redacted] . I did get 15% off at checkout but did not get 12% cash back on my Ebates account. I contacted Ebates on February 18, 2017 via email and they said they would contact [redacted] to verify my order. I received an email the same day stating that it would take a minimum of 10 business days but up to 45 days to get a response from [redacted] . Today (2/20/17) I received an email stating that I would not receive the 12% because I did not go through Ebates but through another site that partners with the store. They stated that when they requested credit from [redacted] it was declined because I used another site and not Ebates. I contacted [redacted] and the customer service representative that I spoke with stated she had no way of knowing I went through Ebates or

I was supposed to receive a check in the amount of $39.53 on Aug 11, 2018 to my [redacted] account.. [redacted] has no record of any payment being made.

I have been an active member of Ebates [redacted] for several years nowI have countless issues with receiving my cash rebates due to their unwillingness to accept my purchases when these purchases are continuously made through their application and/or websiteThey refuse to pay what they agreed to and, even after sending countless items including copies of receipts as well as their own emails stating they’ve received the purchase and card information, refuse to issue payment and credit dueIf they do not want to pay out what is offered then they should rescind the offersI’m aware that I am not the only customer with these ongoing issues and would like this matter resolved in a timely and professional manner

Who doesn't love free money!! Throw in great customer service and you can't lose!!!!

On August 6, I went through [redacted] to place an order on [redacted] which was offering 3% cash backI didn't write the shopping trip number down when it passed over the screen because I never doI just trust it will get trackedMy Order No [redacted] was in the amount of $4,I have the receiptWhen I went back to Ebates to make sure it went through it didn't show up in my shopping trips and ebates will not give me the cash backAnytime I have a big purchase they conveniently have issues with the shopping trip loggingI am beyond irritated as I have been using Ebates forever and this was a big purchase that I counted on the rebate for!

Ebates REMOVED a cashback that had posted to my account! I placed a 1-800-flowers order on Dec 8th and all items have been deliveredThey sent me an email stating that I made $Cash BackIT HAS DISAPPEARED and is no longer showing AT ALL on my accountThey removed it without so much as acknowledging they did so!

The ebates's referral program is FRAUDIn the rule, they never disallow family referral, but when I referral my family member, they TERMINATION all of account (include family and friends) WITHOUT any noticeAnd I lost all of my eligible rebate money after thatAfter contact customer services, they insult us, they said it is "high level fraud"If disallow family referral, please notice us to remove these account and don't steal our eligible incoming

Never received the "Big Fat Check" dated 2/10/for cashback accruedI saw that the Ebates "Big Fat Check" for my accrued cashback had been mailed on 2/10/It typically takes a few business days for it to arriveOn 3/1/16, I logged in to double check my account and noticed that there was an unauthorized change to the check recipientInstead of being mailed to me, the check was mailed to a woman in Houston, TXI never authorized thisI don't even know anyone in TXI quickly updated the preferred payment method to my *** ***, changed my password and notified EbatesI suspected that my account had been hacked and this change occurred unlawfullyEbates responded within hours saying that they were routing my email to the appropriate departmentI waited hours and followed up with another email (they do not have a phone number on their site)So far, I have not received any update nor any action on their part to rectify the situation
