I place orders on Amazon a lot and used E-bates to receive cashbackI followed all rulesAs I buy a lot I made usd in cashback and days before payment (Nov 13, 2018) ebates team closed my account and told first the account is on hold, because need to confirm some ordersI sent all documents to themAfter they responded the account is closed for some reasonBut in August I received the cashback from ebates same way and all was okI do not understand why I did not receive my earned cashback, I have every e-mail ebates sent me with earned cashback, but instead send money they closed my account days before payment and I did not receive anythingI still can not enter my account ***

That is nonsenseShe is paid to do that jobIn addition, EBATES should have record on tracking my orderIs she trying to prove my identity or prove that I really used my credit card to make purchaseI think they are dishonest and cheated on customesI feel insulted
