I made two purchases through Ebates over Black Friday weekend when double and triple cash back promos were being advertisedBut neither of my "shopping trips" can be found by EbatesThis seems to be a trend with this company, the more money back the less likely the shopping trip is recorded by themI emailed them with the details of booth trips and was told they had no recordI emailed back asking them to honor the trips and have gotten no response

It appears I was not given correct cash back amount for a travel purchase made on or around 1/to ExpediaThe email confirmation is copied belowA rep emailed me today in re stating to wait for credit when I clearly stated the trip was already credited but again, I believe for incorrect amountThe cash back amount is up to 10% of trip but do not know exact amount, the trip total is I am also awaiting credit for two*** purchases made on or around 2/and 1/I believeI did open a shopping trip for both purchases, please have Ebates look into these purchases as wellEmail confirmation from Expedia is belowhttp://link.expediamail.com/c/4/***

Ebates is terrific! I have been using Ebates for nearly ten years now and couldn't be happier Usually the merchants post their rebates fairly quickly, but if I am ever wondering why a rebate hasn't posted or have a question about the rebate, their Customer Service representatives have been very good and helpful I highly recommend Ebates

I have been an ebates member for some years and I received an email about the referral programI referred to everybody in my household and also to my parents who are part of a different householdHoping to get everybody involved in the program and at the same time get the benefits of the referralSince then my account and my family's account have been terminatedI have read many times the fine print and it doesn't say anything about referring to family membersI have reach out to them for explanations but they just said it was "abuse" of the programI don't understand why referring to my household would be abuse of the programEach one has a different identity and a different credit cardIf that's the case they need to clearly disclose that referring to family members was prohibitedI noticed I'm not the only one with this issue

I've been using Ebates for a year or so now, and I love itI haven't run into any issues with any of my purchasesOne of my purchases have been listed as "pending" for my cash back for a few months but I never thought anything of it until I decided to check on it one dayIt was my travel purchase, in which the hotel needed to submit the paperwork to Ebates in order for me to get my cashbackI submitted my hotel receipt, ebates reservation, and hotel confirmation and Ebates immediately credited my account! They did state that if this happened again in the future, they would need to work with the vendor to get it sorted out firstGlad they did this so quickly for me the first timeAppreciate their customer service team member, ***!

I enjoyed using Ebates for the first months, now its time for my
'big fat check'my account stated I would get $returned to mei received an email from them that said, "YOU JUST GOT PAIDYOUR $IS ON THE WAY"if you do your math you will see its exactly $less than what I earned so I emailed customer servicea week later I received an email that said, "I am transferring your request to an agent in the appropriate department who will be better able to assist you in resolving this issueThey will contact you as soon as they have more information regarding your caseYour patience is greatly appreciated." They merely kept my $i still haven't received a response nor my check and from the reviews I have read here, I wont when I get online to access my shopping trips they have been wiped cleani agree with the other responses, they are thieves and I will not be using their services anymore unless this issue is resolvedif for whatever reason they fix their thieving mistake, I will update/leave a new reviewas of right now they are a in my book

I use the Ebates online services to get cash back on my purchases and I was informed on their website that I should be getting my rebate check of *** in the month of February However, I never received my rebate checkWhen I contact their customer services, they told me the check already been cashedI told them i've never received that checkThey sent a copy of the check that supposedly cleared but that copy of the check did not show any one endorsing it on the back and it didn't even show any bank stamp that would let me know where the check clearedThey sent me information that it cleared by *** ** *** and I should resolve it with themI contacted *** ** *** and they informed me that it is bank policy to never accept a check that is not endorsed*** ** *** also said they could not help me because I do not have an account with them and Ebates needs to contact *** ** ***I told Ebates this information from *** ** *** and I was told they can't hel

I contacted ebates with a question and they responded quickly Plus, unknown to me, in resolving my question, they found more money in my account than I thought I had Never shop online without it!

I love Ebates! They are very professional and respond extremely quickly to support requests In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Ebates excels Imagine getting cash back and excellent customer service!! I will definitely recommend Ebates to family and friends

Do not use EBATES! They are so shadyI have had numerous transactions that I did not get cash back added to my accountThe same thing has happened to my husbandHe travels for a living and has had trouble getting cash back for his hotel reservationsWe both sent emails and were told by them that we should provide them information to receive OUR cash backWhat a joke! If you click to go through their website it clearly states "Nothing more for you to doIt's that simple." No, it definitely is not! As soon as I get my cash back for my recent transactions, I'm done with them! I'll tell everyone I know not to use themThey are profiting from people using their website and then pocketing ALL the money made from it! Buyer beware

Ebates offers "free money" for simply ordering items online I had a problem where transactions were not recorded and I didn't get the ebates credit I emailed them with the problems and they answered my email within minutes They credited my account within half an hour Great customer service!

Terrific people to work with , especially if you have an " issue "Very fast return of emails a caring company !

I've been using Ebates for about five months now and have to say it truly is a headache Not a good experience and I would not rate them a trustworthy company I've consistently had rebates not applied and am then required to follow up to find the money Using their service requires a lot of work on the customer's part if you expect to actually get the money they've promised When I contacted Ebates about the issue, they said it's not their problem They award the money when each individual store tells them the order is complete In most of my cases, however, my order was completed via credit card and had been done for over a week or more Rather than blame your vendor or require the customer to do the work, fix the communication issues In my opinion, this company does not meet it's promise to its customers
