I have been using Ebates for nearly ten years now and couldn't be happier Usually the merchants post their rebates fairly quickly, but if I am ever wondering why a rebate hasn't posted or have a question about the rebate, their Customer Service representatives have been very good and helpful I highly recommend Ebates
