I wasn't able to retrieve all my purchase information to get my cash back, so I contacted Ebates They accepted what info I had about my item and gave me a courtesy cash back for my purchase! Easy to use site and a great company to deal with

As advertised Ebates sends cash back at certain times and not whenever you have accumulated moneyWas iinformed by email a check was on its way for $in NovemberAfter waiting a month I contacted Ebates to ask where the check was, was told they would issue a new payment and cancel the otherWaited a while for that one so messaged them again, was told the payment was delayed and would be sent JanuaryFine no problemReceive a message then telling me the check was in fact cashed in November, with a signature which by comparison clearly isn’t mineWent back and forth with a representative alex Who was no help at allHe told me I would have to file a police report to have a check reissued (FOR 9.88!!!) I was expecting a check of $*** to be sent to my *** account by 02/15/but I didn't receive itI contacted Ebates customer service by email on 02/15/to inquire about my cashback payment but I didn't receive any response from their customer serviceI checked my Ebates account again on 02/16/and I found that my payment due date was postponed to 05/15/

DO NOT waste your time on this applicationthey offer you cash back on purchasesonce you spend money through the app, they send you an email confirming that your account balance has been creditedyou'd think it was that easy but it's notDAYS later they remove the money from your account balance without any sort of notification or explanationin hopes that you won't notice they took money out of your accountyou can open a case for the missing credit but then they just reply and give you a nonsense reason why the transaction doesn't qualify for the credit that has already been confirmedI purchased $on *** on Black Friday because the eBates deal was 12.5% cash backthe following day, I received the eBates email that confirmed my account had been credited $for the purchasea few days after that, I logged in and noticed the $had been deleted from my balance as if it never existedI opened a case for missing cash back and I was told that I didn't qualify because of the coupon code I used on my ordercomicalthey offer coupon codes to customers and then when we use them, they tell us we don't qualifyDO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! I made a purchase through ebates for a very expensive item from overstock.comThis purchase total was $874.47, of which I should have gotten 6% backI did not receive my cash back, so I filed a "where's my money?" claim on June 5, Ebates reached out to overstock and only TODAY informed me that they will not give me my rightfully earned money because I used a couponThis coupon was found on overstocks website, and it makes no sense that I would not receive my cash backThis is advertising and I would like my cash back

Ebates is a great company and they recently went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I'd made in ordering without going thru the ebates link first They showed me excellent customer service, and just reinforced what a good company they are to do business with

I have an issue with this company! They are saying I can not do 3rd party transactions however nowhere on the website does it state thatI have looked over the FAQ section dozens of timesThey have been letting me do this for months now all of a sudden there is a 3rd party issue which I still don't see on their websiteThey have frozen my account and are refusing to pay what I earnedI believe they are just doing that because of the amount but it doesn't stipulate this anyplace at all on the site I have referred many people to them and its never been an issueNowhere does it say you can do 3rd party transactions and I am very upset about thisI need them to release the hold on my account and issue the check for the pending funds I have for the purchases

Please beware ebates is an awful company! They would not let me help me assist my year old Father in setting up his account and in making purchasesEbates lures you in with referral bonus and then remove them from your account right before checks are to go outI will be switching to coupon cash back as my family and friends do alsoTo top it off they have incredibly rude staff who don't respond to any form of communicationI had to request supervisor intervention for consecutive weeks and was not contacted back until I threatened bad pressThis company should be ashamed of themselves!

First of all, I love getting this money back, of course! That aside, I am EXTREMELY impressed with eBates customer serviceI reached out to eBates Member Services (via email) because I did not wind up getting cash back on something I had purchased when I expected toMember Services was responsive in a very timely, personable, and clear manner for every communication...and then when they were not able to get me the cash back from that store purchase because they could not locate the records from the store, they made good by giving me credit themselvesThey made a on this previously negative situation, extremely positive and therefore have now converted me into a super-passionate fan of eBates!!! I am now going to be an even bigger advocate for eBates! Amazing job eBates staff and great business policy eBates! Keep it up!
