I opened an Ebates.com account in November to get cash back from named brand businesses via EbatesI made purchases from [redacted] to receive 3% cash back via Ebates [redacted] On each the the "shopping trips to [redacted] I activated a 3% cash back on [redacted] After each purchase from [redacted] I checked my Ebates account and was NOT CREDITED for the purchaseMaybe I made an error? Not much money involved so I decided to try Ebates.com on another siteOn 11-23-I purchases a 32" [redacted] TV for $ [redacted] cash back from Ebates [redacted] Ebates showed I had $ [redacted] cash back earned from 10% cash back on [redacted] shopping tripEbates also showed that I qualified for $ [redacted] gift card because I made a purchase for $ [redacted] or more($ [redacted] TV purchase) Unfortunatelydays later my $ [redacted] cash back was reduced to ZERO & [redacted] gift card NO LONGER shows in my account.This is a classic case of too good to be trueshopping trips activate

eBates is a SCAM! DO NOT waste your time on this applicationthey offer you cash back on purchasesonce you spend money through the app, they send you an email confirming that your account balance has been creditedyou'd think it was that easy but it's notDAYS later they remove the money from your account balance without any sort of notification or explanationin hopes that you won't notice they took money out of your accountyou can open a case for the missing credit but then they just reply and give you a nonsense reason why the transaction doesn't qualify for the credit that has already been confirmedI purchased $on [redacted] on Black Friday because the eBates deal was 12.5% cash backthe following day, I received the eBates email that confirmed my account had been credited $for the purchasea few days after that, I logged in and noticed the $had been deleted from my balance as if it never existedI opened a case for missing cash back and I was told that I didn't qualify because of the coupon code I used on my ordercomicalthey offer coupon codes to customers and then when we use them, they tell us we don't qualifyDO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS

I have been a member of their cashback program for more than yearsI do a lot of online shopping and like earning cashback while shoppingRecently they terminated my account ( [redacted] ) and refused to payout my cashback balance of $ [redacted] I have been contacting them several times asking for an explanationEach time they responses with reply no more than sentences after several daysThe most recent response from their Member Operations Supervisor ***, which contains only three sentences, claimed that my purchase is in direct violation of the merchants terms of use and they would not payout my cashback balanceBut how I am in violation of the terms, they won't tell! All the purchases I made through their links are valid and legit and I have all the invoices for those orders as evidenceI don't see any violation of the terms at allThey simply don't have the right to keep the money that don't belong to them with poor excuses like thatI am requesting payout

I used Ebates 40% cash back on the purchase of [redacted]  subscriptionsThat is over $I paid to [redacted] and was expecting Ebates to honor their programAll they have done is email me every couple days wanting different kinds of information on purchaseSo I purchased on the 16th of September but cannot get them to honor the advertising of the dealI have used them on several occasions and they have never given me any problem on the cash backBut it was not at this high of price

I don't normally send in reviews on vendors whether I recieve good service or bad, but I felt compled to write on for Ebates I totally did the wrong things when it came to putting my orders Everything turned out to be a mess and it was my fault I called Ebates Customer Service, and the young lady ( [redacted] *.) was so helpful with correcting my orders and getting me my rebates it was impressive She knew exactly what needed to be done, she did it, the corrections went in quickly without any issue My rebates are recorded and scheduled, and I owe it all to [redacted] * This is how you treat valued customers I would recommend using Ebates not only for the rewards, but for the expert service they provide

My problem starts with trusting Ebates to honor there policy's, IPurchased from [redacted] new led tv I it stated when I order it that I would get 10% of purchaseid price from Ebates , but they failed to honor my crys for [redacted] dollars I been a member of Ebates since 4/21/never had any problems my now don't even answer me properly I send them emails , they keep telling me they are waiting For dell.com payment , I ask why they have tracking information on there site , you must go to their site first before ordering , if this is cleared up soon I will leave Ebates I hate unnecessary head aches , they are other company's offing the same service , [redacted] business is now Appreciated maybe Ebates got to big Thanks

Shopping trip was opened on 1/with [redacted] , a rental car reservation was made with [redacted] and travel protection was purchased in the amount of ***The rental was picked up the following day, 1/6, dropped back off by close and transaction completedHowever, it is now 1/and cash back has not been credited to Ebates accountIve emailed copies of itinerary from [redacted] as well as information on rental, price, fees, etc, from [redacted] Reps reply stating to wait 3-days after travel completion when this is actually a rental car which was already completedI can see such a lengthy delay for a trip, not a car reservationPlease note, a prior rental car was credited to account within a few days, there seems to be a delay on end of E-bates on this oneThe cash back amount listed is up to 10%, I do not exact amount for rental carsIn closing, please advise E-bates to credit account ASAP

Shady Business hard to contatct I have been using Ebates for a couple of years now off and onUp until a couple of weeks ago I had the button for Ebates on my browser that never workedI would order online it would not show up so I would file it manually and I would be sent a email stating there is record of this transaction, I got sick and tired of this way so I just quit because it wasn't worth my timeOn March 19, I ordered something from [redacted] I submitted everything and received an email stating there was no record of this transactionSo my conclusion is that they either have a crappy system in play for keeping track of transactions or they are pocketing the moneyI am also in the process of filing a complaint to the New York State Attorney Generals Office and hopefully others will also do the same with their states attorney generals officeI am not interested in receiving any money that is owed to me which comes to a measly $and it should be a lot higherAll I

The corporate, Ebates, closed my account [redacted]  without any noticeThey only reached out to me after I called to ask why I was unable to log into my account, copying me some general statement without providing any proofI believe they treat other customers like this as wellEbates is a cashback company and they haven't paid the $cashback I earned during Oct - Dec They just put the money into their pocketI wonder if this is the way they make profit, since they have a bad reputation of shutting down users' accounts

I Love Ebates.***!!! It is a great way to make extra money on something you were going to buy alreadyTheir customer service is excellent and very quick with their response back to you if you should need one! I have used Ebates [redacted] for many years and highly recommend them to everyone!!

I have had an account for over years, I remember referring one family member and receiving one cash back bonus one time, I have an adult daughter who lives with me and had an account years ago but not anymore, another adult daughter with an account who does not live with me and one other adult daughter who lives with me and has her own account, we all have had our accounts cancelled and my over $ [redacted] cash back is being held and I get an email saying because I refereed family members and that is fraudEven the money I transferred to my Ebates account from [redacted] is being taken from me which I did not earn on Ebates and I am sorry I did that but [redacted] had an offer to transfer your money to Ebates for a $ [redacted] bonus and my check would be issued in August but even that money has been takenEbates should make it clear that you can't refer family members in or out of your home and taking money that I earn and also transferred from [redacted] is wrong

It was advertized on Ebates site on 30th November 2016, if you make a purchase through Ebates, you will receive 6% cash back, which I did totaling purchase of $121.15, Order Reference Number: [redacted]  After several written complaints to the company's customer service, the company has not replied nor credit my account the $dueThis is fraud and advertisementThey should not promote or advertise when they cannot fulfill the commitmentAlso, no reply to my query, which is also not appropriate at all

Ebates did not credit the cash rewards as advertized for one of my online purchase through its website linkageEbates is the shopping service website, which issue the cash rewards for the purchase the client made through Ebates' website refer linkage to other online storesOn 12/19/2015, I did such shopping online trip through Ebates website to [redacted] online store to purchase [redacted] Jacket, which cost dollars each plus state sales taxI made the shopping online trip twice, both of them were through Ebates website refer linkageBut, the only one of the orders were credit with cash back rewards of 4.20$ (6% of order price and the order ID is [redacted] )Another one did not receive any cash rewards as advertised (The order ID is [redacted] I could provide the invoice from [redacted] to prove my orderEbates online account under my e-mail address is: [redacted] , and the account history showed online shopping trip to [redacted] on 12/19/
