This rebate website is offering referring bonusSo my friend referred it to me, and then I referred to another guy We are living in one apartment and using the same address This website thinks we are one person, so it cut down all of our referring bonus and first purchase bonus One of my friend sent them a email to complain about this The customer service said we could only keep one account I would never use this website if they don't offer referring bonusThere are a lot of rebate website of offering much higher cash back and sending check any time In this case, we've lost the high rebate we should get from other websites and wasted our precious time Is that necessary to call the police checking our ID cards to make sure that we are not one person???

On 4/24/I visitied the Ebates website and made a purchase through one of its links for [redacted] ProfessionalMy purchase was in the amount of $1,Per the Ebates website by going through their link I was suppose to get cash back of 5% of my orderAfter my order was completed and shipped I checked the Ebates website and saw that I had not received my 5% credit back so I contacted customer service by email and they reviewed my accountOn May 11th I recieved an email back stating that "my order was placed in a manner which gave the credit for the sale to another website that partners with the store"That was the first problem that I hadI did exactly what "I" was suppose to doI made my purchase directly using the Ebates link and no other link so "I" should be given my 5% creditI did not use any other links and it is not my fault that the credit was given to the wrong person/siteAfter all of that the representative apologized and advised that Ebates would give me a $

eBates advertised a $promo gift card with purchase from *** [redacted] refuses to honor it claiming eBates is wrong and the promo did not existeBates is refusing to honor it saying they did not list that promoAfter providing them with screenshot evidence that they indeed DID list that promo, they now say they are not responsible for errorsI've spend tens of thousands of dollars through eBates, and if through their partnership with [redacted] ( a major computer manufacturer) able to get their promotions correct, then they have bigger problems that the Revdex.com should make consumers aware of

I ordered a computer through [redacted]  via EbatesI did not receive credit for my purchase after providing my order #, total amount before shipping, and shipping confirmation from **I am supposed to get a percentage of cash back from my purchase and there is a "shopping trip" noted in my accountEmails back and forth to customer service did no good

Shares is great! I have been using Ebates for a few years now and they are great. They are very dependable and I am very happy with their service. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. If anyone is considering trying them, you will not be disappointed.

Ebates advertised 10% off on Automotive products from [redacted] , which induced me to purchase $worth of tiresOnce they settled it, after numerous requests in my part, they paid only 1%

Ebates is an excellent way to earn cash back doing shopping you were already doing online anyway! They also have a fabulous customer service dept!!!

I've been shopping via Ebates for several years and couldn't be happier about doing so. The quarterly "big fat check" is a very nice bonus. I've contacted Customer Service several times either with a question or about a rebate not received on a purchase. The response has always been prompt, courteous, helpful, and professional. In my experience, they're a wonderful company, and what's not to like about receiving a check for shopping.

I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in November about a credit being for the incorrect amount after spending several months trying to work it out with eBates directlyAfter that complaint eBates immediately gave me the proper rebate amountHowever, I received a statement today and suddenly the amount has been reduced back to the original inaccurate amount of creditI should be receiving a 10% credit on $ [redacted] and am only receiving $ [redacted] lessSince after my first compliant, the amount was adjusted to reflect the correct amount, it is obvious it was done for show only
